Working with Brad was great! My fiance and I just moved into a new home and it needed a variety of repairs including installing appliances and fixing older wooden doors. Brad talked us through the details of our projects and delivered all of the repairs with very high quality.

We did a full kitchen remodel. Walls and ceiling were removed. I did the electrical (academy electric) and they did the rest. They worked with us to make the best decision on our remodel. It went very smoothly and was done in 3 months. This is very good. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Andrew Nguyen in the kitchen design department was phenomenal. Not only was he extremely helpful, but he maintained a very polite and respectful demeanor throughout my planning with him. I will definitely request his services for any further improvement projects in my kitchen or bathrooms.

I wanted to install Stanley garage door opener in my garage. I called HD to do the installation. Unlike others they didnt wasted my time and did the job almost without delay. If you are looking for good services, I will recommend Home Depot.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU ARE NEEDING IT DELIVERED OR INSTALLED.
Bought a new construction home. I talked to Home Depot 5 weeks before closing on the home for blinds. They gave me a great estimate at no more than $1100 dollars. Go in the following week to place the order ends up being over $1500, given no reason, even with estimate in hand. Need the blinds in so I say screw it and agree to the price, set up delivery of blinds 7 days before closing, installation will happen on day of closing. I call 3 days in advance of when I am supposed to receive them, find out blinds are back ordered (No call to tell me this), get them 4 days after closing. Found them in the middle of the yard scattered. (up on a hill maybe blew from the wind). You cant schedule installation until 48 hours after you receive them. Its now been 9 days since my closing and we have been living in a fish bowl with every ones lights shinning into the new home. We were the first home in the neighborhood that has been closed, construction is still being completed on 8 other homes around us. So get to have people stare into the house that are looking for Pay for someone to do it who handles you as a person not just as a number. -
Me and my fiance got to Home Depot at 8am today (when they open which is also stated on their website) and upon walking in a older lady asked did we need any help and we said yes that we were here to rent a trunk we had previously booked online and all she responds with is we aren’t open till the lights come on. So we say well we booked a truck online to pick up at 8am and it’s 8am now?
She then just walks away without saying another word. Well, we will start walking over to the truck rental and she walks back past us glaring at us and doesn’t say one word. Like I’m sorry, are we inconveniencing you by being here when your store opens simply because you’re saying it’s not open because the lights aren’t all on? That’s just wild to me. If you open at 8AM, be prepared to open at the time you have stated on your website and maybe be polite to customers, instead of just glaring at them and demanding what they want. The ONLY saving grace was the incredibly sweet man Who helped us with the actual trial process and was nice enough to walk us through everything and didn’t rush us.
