My wife and I were very pleased with RJI. Tony was a pleasure to talk to and work with to get things underway with our roof and siding and the crew that came out was fantastic. Communication was great, the crew worked quickly, and did the job very well. We highly recommend working with RJI!

James was prompt professional and kind. He assessed my roof for hail damage and was patient and thorough. Since I had minimal damage it was refreshing that he didn't advocate for us to replace the roof.

Great company! James was great to deal with, very professional and educated my wife and I throughout the whole insurance claim process after we received hail damage. He even helped me push my riding lawnmower up my driveway after it broke. Would love to work with them in the future and can't recommend them enough.

James is great to work with, knowledgeable, professional, caring to your needs. Unfortunately we didn’t get approved for the roof replacement, but I blame insurance company for that. I definitely would recommend James for your roof needs. Im sure we will use their services in the future!

We had hail damage to our house roof as well as our garage roof. RJI Professionals stopped to check it out. We never felt pressured to go with them. Dave was here when the insurance adjuster came and pointed out the trouble areas. They were good at staying in touch and about a month later the work was done on our home and garage. Dave & Taylor were here to supervise the entire time. Their workers were amazing. Fast, but did a good job. They tore off all the shingles on both structures and our yard was spotless of debris when they left. The only break they took was for lunch. They took care of getting all insurance paperwork done too. We received our insurance checks on a very timely manner. We are very happy we went with RJI and more than happy to recommend them for roofing work.

Originally my insurance claim was denied by my insurance. Some of my neighbors where working with RJI Professionals and they all got approved. Figured id see if they could help me out with my claim. James ended up coming to my home and getting necessary photos to prove to my insurance that a hail storm did hit my home. We ended up getting a 2nd adjuster out to my property and it ended up getting approved. The installers did a pretty good job! I had one issue but they came back and fixed it. Thank you RJI.

I was worried about my roof after a recent hailstorm, so I contacted RJI for a free estimate. Taylor and Calvin were very responsive and came out the next day to assess the damage. They were thorough, kind, and honest, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. Even though they didn't find any damage this time, I was so impressed with their service that I'm already planning to use them for any future roof repairs. I highly recommend RJI to anyone who needs a roofer.

Taylor from RJI did a comprehensive review of our roof and found hail damage that our insurance provider reviewed and agreed to cover replacement costs. All RJI work was completed in a timely fashion and professionally done. We are very pleased with all of the RJI work and would recommend this company to anyone.

James was great to work with from the beginning. It was like talking with a friend. He inspected my roof and thought I had enough damage to move forward with a claim. He even reached out to my insurance company and helped walk me thru that process.
My insurance company approved a new roof, gutters, and downspouts. James was in touch throughout the whole process, from helping me choose colors to inspecting the roof after completion. He was always available if I had a question. Thanks James & the RJI crews, for a job well done!
