Our salesman Tony was great to work with. Clear and prompt communication throughout all the endless questions I had. When the job was assigned a project manager several things started slipping through the cracks. I had to continuously follow up to get answers and updates on the status of our project. I then tried to contact our project manager with no response. I called the main facility in Madison and was told our project manager was no longer with the company. That wasn't communicated to me until I called them. Once I spoke with our new project manager I found out our supplies wasn't even ordered and he did get things ordered and moving along. The roofing guys did a great job and communicated clearly. They cleaned up after themselves and I wouldn't of known anyone was on the roof. However, the subcontractor that they hired for the siding on our house did not do a good job and even broke one of our windows (which RJI did replace at no cost to us, which is why I am giving a star) when I expressed the concerns about several things that were done poorly I was told the issues I am bringing up are cosmetic and they are things only I would notice, which is what I was told by a guy named "TJ" however if we were to resell our house these issues would be noticed by any buyer because you can't miss them. Numbers were crooked on our house which we had them take off and replace a new piece of siding so we could do the numbers ourselves. When our downspouts were put back on by the contractor one of them was broken and placed on a rock to make it look like it wasn't broken. The caulk that was completed around our a/c line is so embarrassing it's almost sad. When they took off the siding and foam board there was pieces of everything all over my mulch, completely covering my mulch. When I said something about this I was told I could lay new mulch over it..The siding on part of our house was initially done wrong and thankfully Tim came to our house to check on things because it had to be completely taken off and redone. Seams were not taped on the foam board, which would have caused water damage. Siding was nailed too close together. There was no caulk around our windows initially. It took 2 weeks for siding to be completed on our house when our neighbors had their projects done within days. Our entire neighborhood was redone due to a hail storm and to see other quality or work compared to ours is upsetting. This whole experience was very frustrating and I would not use RJI again for a future project or recommend them.

Todd, the regional manager reached out to me regarding these concerns. He got the issues taken care of when weather cooperated. I appreciate Todd reaching out and wanting to get things taken care of for us. I appreciate his communicating throughout the follow up process.

My wife and I were very pleased with RJI. Tony was a pleasure to talk to and work with to get things underway with our roof and siding and the crew that came out was fantastic. Communication was great, the crew worked quickly, and did the job very well. We highly recommend working with RJI!

Unprofessional and substandard workmanship! Deceiving sales practices. They are General Contractors that sublet the work to out of state roofing companies. They tried to over charge my insurance company when they replaced my roof on my house. $55K for one day roof job!
