Joey was fantastic! I called at the last minute and he still was able to make his schedule accommodate us. We had a graduation party, and he made our home look like new again!

Moved into a new home and Joe did a fantastic job stretching, cleaning, and patching a wear spot that a previous owner's pet had made. The carpets now look brand new and I didn't have to pay a fortune.

Joe helped us with our carpet needs. Reattach stairway carpet and a buckled area. Joe did a great job and would use Service Plus in the future.

We had Joe perform carpet cleaning and stretching. We have been very satisfied with his work. there were some very stubborn stains and the carpet was not cleaned for ages. Now it looks like new. We were about to get the carpets replaced and thought let's try this cleaning and it worked like magic. We are planning on bringing him back in to do the same in the other rooms.

I owe Joe a huge apology for not reviewing him the first time I met him in 2019. I called him a couple days before our open house for a couple carpet repairs in our house, and his next opening was the day after the open house. I told him the urgency of the repair and he came the very next day on a Saturday. He was 100% on everything in service and quality. We then used him again to clean the carpet at the new house and his service again did not disappoint. Unfortunately there were some stubborn gross pet stains in the carpet that he couldn’t get out and I believe he didn’t charge us for those but the pet smells were gone. We’d recommend him again and would use him again if needed in the future. His service is very reasonable too!

I first got to know Joe from Service Plus many years ago when another carpet cleaning service had a problem with their equipment and referred me to him on an emergency basis. Joe stepped right in and took care of everything! From then on he has cleaned our carpets up to 4 times a year (I board dogs in my home) and is ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS does an exceptional job, and ALWAYS goes the extra mile (getting stains out, repairing carpet, etc.) . He is absolutely excellent at his job and is also a wonderful person.

Joe masterfully repaired 3 areas of damaged carpet so that it was restored to it's original appearance. He also stretched loose area of carpet so that it was also restored to it's original look. He was professional, courteous, punctual, and the cost was very reasonable. We'll be contacting Service Plus again before we list our house for sale. Thanks Joe!

Service Plus has been our cleaning service and many of my tenants for years. Joe does a fantastic job of cleaning and it is so nice to come to a clean office on Monday. He and his employees are timely, reliable and great to work with. One time during a hard ran on a Saturday, we had water flooding into our office, deep enough that it soaked the carpet and even got the drywall wet. I called Joe for help and he was there cleaning in 1/2 hour. Can't ask for better service than that!

Joe was very friendly. He was able to connect his equipment from his van to our second floor apartment. Right after he was done our carpet looked good, but a few days later we found out that the stains were worse. He cleaned our carpet very quickly but if he had taken more time we think he might have gotten more of the stains out. The spilled gunk we had wanted removed was just brought to the surface. We had to manually scrub with Resolve to get the spots clean. 2 stars because he was pleasant.

Joe was a lifesaver! I scheduled a small patch in my carpet to be repaired in a hurry to get my house ready to photograph and show. We only had three days to get it ready, so time was of the essence!

Joe evaluated the hole and recommended stretching the carpet rather than patching it. With the age of the carpet, he knew a patch wouldn't match. I was worried about getting it done on time, but he was able to schedule me in the next day!

When he came in, he moved all the furniture himself, stretched the carpet so that you can't even tell a repair was made, vacuumed and cleaned the carpets like they never have been before. In the middle of the job, he noticed that I was sweeping out our fireplace and kindly offered to vacuum it up for me.

I have always gotten our carpets cleaned annually with a different company. That company always cleaned around the furniture and Joe was the first person to move the furniture and clean what has never been cleaned before! He was kind, helpful, accommodated our timing needs, and his prices were fair. Service Plus is my go-to carpet company from now on! Highly recommend!
