We used to use Stanley Steemer whenever we needed our carpets cleaned until a couple years ago we had a bad experience. We were out when they “cleaned” the carpets and we came home we noticed the carpets weren’t even wet, which they’re normally wet the rest of the day. They just ran their machine over the carpet but didn’t clean it. We called and complained and were given a refund. The customer service was nice and apologetic.

Fast forward to 2025, we thought we’d try Stanley Steemer again since it had been a while. Same thing happened. Carpets were visually not clean. We asked for them to clean the carpets on the first floor, it’s an open concept floor plan so it’s pretty clear what rooms needed to be cleaned. Well they didn’t do one room at all and they went upstairs and did one of the rooms there which we didn’t ask to be done. We had company coming so we didn’t have any time for them to come out and redo the floors so they gave us a refund. Again, friendly and apologetic customer service, just disappointed with the service.

We also hired Stanley Steemer to clean the carpets of our rental house during that same week. It’s apparent they did not clean the carpets at that house either but we were so annoyed with everything we just let it go. If you do hire this company make sure you’re standing there watching to see if they really are cleaning otherwise just try not to hire them I guess. Go with a different company.

Timothy came in, got set up and WENT! He was very fast, very efficient, very detailed! Offered additional services but wasn't pushy when I said not at the moment which is a big plus for me. And even my little dog who isn't a big fan of strangers let him pet him! Very nice and sweet person as well! Will call them back and request Timothy when I need my other two carpets done!

Gus and Ryan were great! Both were extremely professional and explained everything I had requested before they did it! I was amazed how thoroughly they did every piece of furniture, pillows, rugs and carpets. I would have them again and recommend them to all!

The gentleman that came to the house were friendly. There were at lease 2 vents that didn't get cleaned. One in the living room and One in the dining room, we actually had to take the tape off the one in the dining room. There was also a vent in the bedroom they couldn't get back on so they just left it. Luckily my husband was able to get it back on.

Gus was very professional and a really nice guy. He explained additional services that the company could do for us. He was prompt and his communication and did a wonderful job on the carpet.

Chris and Mia let me know when they were on their way, were on time, and worked quickly. The cleaning was thorough and they let me know exactly what to expect. They were friendly and answered my questions clearly.

Gus did a great job cleaning carpet, rugs and our sectional sofa and Gus was great to work with through the process! Excellent result and would highly recommend.

We are very happy with the brightening and cleaning the tile and grout. The company does everything they can, to make sure that you’re happy, with the job. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired Stanley Steamer to clean our HVAC ducts including the dryer vent. The work went smooth and quickly. The technicians were thoughtful, courteous and professional. They respected our property and allergies have remained under control throughout the process. One note, ear plugs work great if you remain around the work in progress.

After an unfortunate incident involving large dog diarrhea and a robot vacuum, I was only able to get some of the stains out. Stanley was able to get the rest out and in very little time. They deodorized, disinfected, protected and cleaned a large area rug, 2 bedrooms and a closet in less than an hour. I feel clean again.

Gotta go with five stars on their communication. they communicated arrival well and the techs were very polite and professional. Had higher hopes for how well they would be able to clean the carpet but I guess my dogs and kid are too much for their cleaners lol. That’s on me I suppose.(sarcasm)As the day has gone on and the carpets dry, it barely looks any different. There were no significant stains just foot traffic and this is what this company is supposed to fix. I could’ve gone and bought a $160 cleaner and done better myself. Had to revise to 1 star. Not worth the money. Sorry folks

We paid almost $500 to have my daughter’s carpets cleaned & deodorized. Normally I do them myself but one room takes me 5-6 hours. I actually thought the living room wasn’t done because it was still filthy. When I mentioned it to the young man who did the cleaning, he said ‘they are high traffic areas and that won’t come out’. I was extremely disappointed with the end results. So I ended up having to clean the carpets. Amazingly I was able to get them pretty clean, considering we were told ‘it won’t come out’. My process is as follows….. I only put the carpet solution (mixed with water) in the sprayer. I spray the entire carpet, let it sit for 30 min, grab my Koblenz scrubber & scrub the entire carpet really well, then use my bissell carpet cleaner (with water only) to rinse. I will rinse about 10-15 times with only water in the carpet cleaner. The water was very dirty considering they cleaned it the day before. I will not use this company again. Hoping to save the time I spend cleaning the carpets by hiring them was literally flushing money down the toilet.

I had Jon and Anthony at my new house to clean the bedroom carpets and the carpet on the stairs. A+++. They did such an amazing job. All 3 bedrooms and the stairs look and smell so clean. I recommend these two to do your house.
