Michael was courteous and efficient. My carpet looked so worn and discolored at best I expected it a bit brightened. This cleaning brought it back to life - almost like new. So impressed!

I had GREAT communication with Alex on the phone and by email before the appointment. Michael showed up on time and confirmed the package I chose, and since I wasn’t going to need a few of the options, he volunteered to remove them from my bill. He was very pleasant to work with. He obviously takes pride in his work. The carpet is so clean and places I identified as problematic with a black light before the appointment no longer showed up under the black light when he was done. I was worried about scent due to allergies, but it was minimal and didn’t cause an allergic reaction. The carpet was fully dry within the stated time. I will recommend this company to my friends.

We have 3 little kids, one big dog, a record number of stomach flu cases this year, and white carpet-- you can do the math. We had Alex come to clean our carpets when we were out of town camping, knowing that we could never keep our kids off the carpet long enough to dry. It was about the best thing to come home to. Squeaky clean carpets :) Alex was really easy to work with, clear communication/text messages and easy to set up even with us out of the town. Great experience. We will use him again, Im sure we'll need it!

Called on Saturday and was able to schedule an appointment for the day after. Service was quick, easy, and friendly. Scheduled and paid for a sectional cleaning but the guy was able to clean a few spots left over at my place from a previous owner for no charge. Great experience, would recommend and use again.
