Carita and Christina did a stellar job of cleaning. They took all the boxes and trash off my living room floor and took it down to the far side of our parking lot. Not an easy walk carrying large trash bags and bags of recycling. A touch of Europe is the best cleaning service I’ve ever used.

Ivon, Christina, and Virginia did an admirable job cleaning a house that had not been professionally cleaned in 20 years - despite the challenges, the results were amazing!

I only started using this service a few months ago, but it was a very good choice! They are always punctual, very reliable, they bring their own cleaning supplies and do things without being told to! They do a beautiful job in making all 4 beds, their pillow and cushion arrangements are worthy of a magazine cover and they are extremely good with our cat, who seems to genuinely like them! They are also very considerate, with both of us working from home now they always ask when to come and where to start, upstairs, office , etc. Excellent job in cleaning a large home, thank you Ava and team!

I was skeptical that anyone could get our rental unit move-in-ready after a tenant left the place in pretty bad shape. I was thrilled when I returned to see the amazing work of Carina and Cristina. It was such a relief. We will definitely be using Touch of Europe again in the future.

Touch of Europe, always listens to our feedback and follows through every single time. They pride themselves in excellent customer service and always checks in with us to ensure we received a thorough cleaning. They have great teams working for them, and our cleanings are spotless.

This is my first time hiring and using a cleaning service in my entire life. I did get quotes from two other companies before I selected Touch Of Europe. I like their mission, which Liz will explain to you when you reach out to them for a quote. Additionally, I found that they were the most cost-effective service for both my initial clean as well as continued biweekly cleanings. If there’s something not, offered upfront, simply ask them and they will do their best to accommodate your request. I would strongly recommend Touch Of Europe cleaning services.

So far, I’ve been satisfied with the service I’ve
received from Touch Of Europe. I had my first cleaning done a couple of weeks ago Which included deeper cleans of my refrigerator and oven, which were done very well. During that clean, there was an Area of my apartment that was missed however, I reached out to Touch Of Europe (Liz) And it was immediately taken care of. The ladies came by the next day in the morning to make sure everything was done. My second cleaning, which is the first of my biweekly cleanings just occurred. This time I had Sasha, And she was phenomenal. She showed up to the job on time and with a positive and upbeat attitude. I’m going through a number of health issues at this time as well as life changes, so her energy was very appreciated. She communicated throughout the clean, asking questions about my preferences and making sure that everything was being done to my liking. She also went out of her way to do more than what was asked (organized my towels without me asking her to). I appreciated her Communication and asking for clarification and questions so that there was nothing that went missed. After Sasha left, I inspected my apartment and it was meticulous. I was very satisfied with my clean I look forward to continue working with Touch Of Europe in the future. I hope they send Sasha out again.

Highly recommend Touch of Europe! We hired them last-minute for a deep move-in clean and they were spectacular. Very efficient and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sparkling - they took the drawers out of the fridge, washed the doors, scoured the floors, everything. Maria and Cristina were very friendly and we great communication throughout the process too. Thank you Touch of Europe!

Sulema did a very good job cleaning for us. She was pleasant to be with, and clearly took pride in her work.
This cleaning service was gifted to us so I do not know the cost.

I scheduled a one time deep clean as a gift for my busy sister. The team did a wonderful job and were very meticulous. They were prompt and even worked around my nieces nap schedule while they were there. Easy to book, communicative & great customer service. Would recommend.

Abby and Beatriz did a very nice job deep cleaning my house. I have 15 windows with white wooden blinds that have not been cleaned in quite some time. I was very impressed with how clean they got them and the rest of my house.
