This was my first time hiring a cleaning service for my move out and would definitely do it again through TidyUp Cleaning!!

Greg contacted me the same day when I requested for a quote. He was transparent about everything and reassured me that if I wasn’t happy with the clean, they would return until I was. He was super responsive and professional.

The cleaning was great! Claudia was assigned and she did a fantastic job. I would definitely use their service again. It saved me time and less stress while we moved to our new home. They made the transition much easier for me.

TidyUp was fantastic. I reached out quite last minute (like within 48 hours) and they were able to get me in. They kept me informed of their arrival time and even offered some flexibility when I was running a bit behind.

I hired them to do a move out clean for my apartment. I have a dog who sheds quite a bit which I mentioned when scheduling the clean and they said that would be no problem.

I was very happy with TidyUp’s service and would certainly feel confident suggesting them to anyone I know :)

Communication prior to my appointment was great. We lost power at the time of my scheduled cleaning, and they were able to reschedule at no extra charge. However, I was not impressed with the cleaning service itself. At first, it appeared that everything was clean, but I found myself redoing many tasks from the checklist (sweeping floors, wiping off the outside of cabinets and countertops). It looked like everything had been wiped down, but it was not a deep or professional clean by any means.

Floors shine, cleaned the oven and behind the refrigerator, the place looks great!

I booked a regular cleaning for my home. It is so clean and looks amazing! The attention to detail is fantastic — my shower door looks brand new. I am so pleased that I am booking as a regular occurrence.

I recently used this service to just have my white baseboards cleaned. My home is only 4 years old and my normal baseboard cleaning is monthly but I hadn't been able to do it for the last 2 months hence thought I would hire Tidy Up Cleaning. I was given the cost of $358 which was the cost after a 10% discount as a new customer. Great communication and they sent 2 employees to do what they called a deep cleaning job. I was told it would take less than 2-3 hours which it absolutely did. It was not quite 45 min!!!!! This is not that I didn't have the money for this or I wouldn't have booked here. But all that was done was a spray bottle and a dust rag. I know the baseboards were not that dirty since I do them routinely and this is a newer home. But I can't fathom that less than a 45 min job would initially cost almost $400 then I got the little discount. Nothing needed moved of large items and I had all the stuff that was near baseboards that could be moved already away from them for easy access. The employees were great and I did tip them well as I am sure they definitely weren't getting what was being charged. I highly recommend finding a company that charges a more reasonable fee for such a light job as this was not worth the cost. I could have sprayed and wiped. When I am told deep cleaning I am assuming really scrubbing the area and drying it for no streaking.

I was very happy with my first monthly cleaning. They were very thorough. Moving things to sweep and mop under, not just cleaning around them. I would definitely recommend.

After welcoming a newborn we wanted to get a deep clean and were not sure where to go in Madison. I am thankful we came across TidyUp cleaning on recommendation from a friend. They were prompt and were very professional in rescheduling given our newborn had her own plans to make her entrance later than originally expected. We were so happy with the cleaners and the feeling of walking into a clean home that we agreed to make it a regularly scheduled cleaning through my wife's maternity leave and now we have it done monthly and couldnt be more happy.

TidyUp Cleaning is amazing! The house looks immaculate. The cleaners really get into all the areas. This is the second time I’ve used them and I am very pleased with the results. Their customer service is exceptional and scheduling is a breeze. I did it all via text. They are fast and thorough - cleaned all 3 floors (2.5 bathrooms) in 2 hours. Polite and respectful crew.

TidyUp was able to help me at the last minute before a party we were having. They did not actually have time in their schedule, but they came to my house at 8 PM, on a Friday night, to make sure that everything was sparkling for the party the next day. They did an excellent job, and I will be talking to them about coming on a regular basis!

I had a move-in clean done prior to moving into our new home. I was told day of that the appointment needed to be pushed back an hour, only to arrive 20 min before the new arrival time & be told they had been waiting for 20 min. I requested the carpet be washed first to allow it to dry as we had movers coming right after, it was done last resulting in us not being able to put anything on the floors until 8pm that night. After the initial clean, I had to point out various missed items I spotted & the team corrected them prior to leaving. However, as I have been unpacking I'm noticing that multiple things specified on the cleaning list were not done such as the baseboards, doors, light switches & outlet covers, cabinets not wiped out, and walls.
The home wasn't dirty to begin with, so other than the appliances & bathrooms, I'm at a loss as to what was done for $450.
I was avoiding writing a review, but want to help someone else avoid what I've experienced as I would've rather scheduled with someone else, or just done it myself since I'm basically doing that anyways now.
EDIT: The owner did reach out to us & offered a full refund without prompting on our part which was highly appreciated.

Husband and I just bought our first house and TidyUp Cleaning was able to come and do a full house “move in” clean the very next morning! The family who lived there previously didn’t leave the house in great shape… Definitely need a deep and thorough clean. The cleaners were there about 4 hours and did a SPECTACULAR job!! Even able to clean the carpets and the walls. I finally felt relief and excitement after I saw the new condition of the home. I would ABSOLUTELY hire them again and definitely recommend to anyone interested in a home cleaning to hire TidyUp Cleaning! And Ana who helped coordinate all my needs for the clean plus the client portal they make for you is SO helpful as far as keep track and understanding all the fine details of the job to come! They also have email and text reminders so that’s very helpful!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

This cleaning service is exceptional. They were very very thorough and arrived on time.The scheduler was very detailed in finding out what my needs were and was effective in communicating how their process works. The cleaners were friendly and atttentive to detail. I would highly recommend them.

I hired TidyUp to do a very, very deep clean of my house before we list it to sell. To say I am blown away at how well they cleaned it is an understatement. I couldn’t have imagined how clean and detailed the end result would be- they did an absolutely amazing job!!!! Would 10/10 recommend TidyUp and I will absolutely be using them again!!!
