We hired J&P Cleaning to deep clean our entire apartment before we moved out. My expectations were definitely exceeded. They were professional with scheduling, their rate is a bargain, and our place looks amazing. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have used J&app for years for regular cleanings. For any issues (while few and far between), Elsa, has been responsive and prompt. The crew of 3-4 come and clean my two bathrooms, and 1200 square foot house in about an hour—the crew really hustles!! Their prices are reasonable and I trust them.

J&P's team has been cleaning our home for over 3 years now. As soon as the team walks in the door, they divide and conquer. It's pretty impressive how efficient they are! They are cleaning ninjas! We absolutely love the feeling of stepping into a freshly cleaned house... A feeling of luxury at a reasonable price!

J&P Cleaning has been wonderful to work with, they are very good at communication, are very detailed in their cleaning and do a great job at making us aware of issues before they get too big. Elsa and team are very professional with a great attitude!!

Highly recommend using J&P Cleaning. They cleaned my house monthly for around 3 years until I moved. They use pet-safe products and my house always looked and smelled amazing. I had tried other local cleaners and always ran into issues. J&P cleaners were always on time, did an amazing job, and they are affordably priced.

I hired this cleaning service for a full house cleaning, but unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations.

They left dirty streaks in the bathroom, which was very disappointing.
Even worse, I discovered damage to the surface of my refrigerator!!
It looks like they used harsh cleaning products, and now there are deep scratches that were not there before.

When I pointed this out, Elsa did not apologize and was rude in her response, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Very unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this company.

Really happy with the work that Garret and the team did. Work was completed under time, but no corners were cut. Was super impressed with their cleanup as well - NO nails or screws were left in the yard. Some of my friends have kids, and I have my own magnet roller, clearly so did the crew!
