We paid almost $500 to have my daughter’s carpets cleaned & deodorized. Normally I do them myself but one room takes me 5-6 hours. I actually thought the living room wasn’t done because it was still filthy. When I mentioned it to the young man who did the cleaning, he said ‘they are high traffic areas and that won’t come out’. I was extremely disappointed with the end results. So I ended up having to clean the carpets. Amazingly I was able to get them pretty clean, considering we were told ‘it won’t come out’. My process is as follows….. I only put the carpet solution (mixed with water) in the sprayer. I spray the entire carpet, let it sit for 30 min, grab my Koblenz scrubber & scrub the entire carpet really well, then use my bissell carpet cleaner (with water only) to rinse. I will rinse about 10-15 times with only water in the carpet cleaner. The water was very dirty considering they cleaned it the day before. I will not use this company again. Hoping to save the time I spend cleaning the carpets by hiring them was literally flushing money down the toilet.

I had Jon and Anthony at my new house to clean the bedroom carpets and the carpet on the stairs. A+++. They did such an amazing job. All 3 bedrooms and the stairs look and smell so clean. I recommend these two to do your house.

They were very professional and courteous. They did a good job cleaning the carpet and were careful with bringing their equipment in and padded the doorway to protect it. I felt like this was a good value for their services

The techs were great and explained the process of cleaning the air ducts. They provided before and after pictures which was awesome to see the difference. We also had our tile/grout cleaned in 3 rooms and carpets done in another three rooms. They did a great job explaining the process. They even exceeded my expectations by putting the fans I had staged up around the rooms for me. Arrived around 9:15 and left around 12:15. For all of the work they did they were in and out quickly.

Shane and Todd did a fantastic job on our gray, now white shag carpeting in our home. We had our living room , dining room and staircase cleaned, protection and deodorization done. They were professional, efficient and did the job in a timely manner that. We will use them only from now on.

The service text were great but I always disappointed with the outcome. They said they did everything that they could. They were courteous and helpful. But I don't feel like I got the result I was hoping for.

We were the clients on their schedule for the day so it was late by the time they got there. I felt they could have spent a little more time on some of the spots. This is just one example of the spots.

We received a quick response today and they immediately came out and took care of our concerns with our carpet. We were very pleased with the results. I should also mention they cleaned our couch and it is so much better!! Thank you for taking care of your customers. We will certainly call you again.

Great carpet cleaning! Made our old carpet look fantastic! Very caring and kind people, John and Gus were extremely professional and helped us with moving items, they moved all the furniture and cleaned under everything. Definitely call Stanley Steamer for best people and it was the lowest price too.

Todd and Shane came out to clean our carpets and it was by far the best experience I’ve had with Stanley Steemer, who we’ve used for at least ten years. They were very thorough, and took the time to recommend services and explain why they recommended them. They did a great job, and removed stains that other Stanley Steemer techs had said were untreatable. Truly a remarkable team who deeply care about the work they do. We will request this team every time from now on.

I had a white rug with a teal pattern that had been in storage for some years. Stanley Steamer got me in the very next day and within 30 minutes my shag rug looked like new and I’m in Love with it all over again! Thanks for your service and I will be using you again and again as well as refer you to others!

We had Stanley Steemer of Madison out to clean our carpets and sofa in Middleton. They showed up on time, the crew was awesome, and the carpets look great. While they were here we asked if they could do an area rug too, which was no problem and they took care of for just a little extra. We greatly appreciated the flexibility, and will definitely use them again.

The technician was very nice, but overall job was terrible. The couch remains dirty as if parts were never cleaned. Initially I pointed out areas and he assured it was because the areas were still wet; but once fully dried the areas were even more pronounced. He also mentioned that the equipment wasn't working the way it should and was relieved he was able to finish the job. Do not recommend Stanley Cleaners at all - waste of money!!!

Sam was great to work with. I was blown away by the tremendous care he gave to a situation that seemed like we were needing to tear up 400 sq ft of tile. They came and applied a product one day and agitated with clean up the following day and saved the tile. I am so grateful for not only the results, but also for their knowledge, expertise, and how they valued the situation. It was refreshing to experience a company that values integrity and character to show that they truly care.

I've been using Reliable Floor Care (previously Bluegreen) for several years for apartment turnover carpet cleaning and regular hallway cleaning. They have also provided deep cleaning on slate tiling. They are prompt, courtesy and super easy to work with! The technicians do a fantastic job and the customer care is top notch. Always my first call when we need carpet cleaning!
