Something was wrong with the water tank on the vans unit. They hooked up to our outside water and the carpets were a bit wetter than last time. But they are nice and clean. See you next year!

Josh was very professional and provided great detail for what to expect along with a general idea of cost for cleaning our carpets. The technician who provided the cleaning was great, the carpets look clean and fresh, especially the stairs.

Tyler and Drake did a great job cleaning our carpets throughout the house. We have a cat urine problem in a bedroom and they worked extra hard in that room. They worked quickly and are very professional. We were told to let them know if we still have concern with the room that had the cat urine. The house smells extra clean right now! Thank you.

The company was great to work with. I needed my carpets clean prior to putting my home up for sale and they were able to fit the cleaning in to my tight time frame. The technicians arrived on time, were very friendly and professional. Brooks kept me informed through text on how things were progressing. Called Josh at ChemDry to get my floors cleaned on a fast turn around and had the trucks there less than 48 hours later. Floors looked amazing, loved the video I got to see of the water they cleaned and Tyler the technician was very personable. Will be utilizing again soon.

Should no of waited so long to get my carpets cleaned but, Tyler from ChemDry did an amazing job! We have used this company before and will continue to use them! They pre-treat the carpet and are very efficient at getting everything clean. We had the living-room, stairs, upstairs landing, bedroom and one bedroom spot cleaned. It was great reasonable price.

They showed up right on time and explained everything really well before starting. They cleaned 3 bedrooms, the hallway, and the stairs — all in under an hour! Even though it was quick, they did a great job. Carpets look really clean and fresh. Definitely recommend them!

Our experience was phenomenal! We moved into a 1994 home. The carpets weren't awful, but there were worn spots and there were kids and a dog, and there were a few pet spots. We wanted fresh carpet without replacing it. The boss Josh was so easy to work with and he was so kind. Tyler, the technician the day of, was prompt, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable! The entire house smells AMAZING and the carpets look nearly brand new!! Having peace of mind that we have clean carpet in our new home, with 2 toddlers who have sensitive skin, is fantastic! For 1200 sq ft of carpet, he was done in just 2.5 hours and the price was incredibly reasonable! Within just 1 hour after an area of carpet was done, my dad kneeled on the carpet and his jeans were DRY!!!!! THANK YOU ChemDry, for making a part of our big move much easier!!

Chemdry was available quickly, and did a great job removing some tough stains courtesy of my dog. AJ was incredibly friendly and helpful. He cleaned one room this morning and my entire house still smells fresh and clean. They did add a surcharge for dog vomit, which I was not told about over the phone when I inquired and I don’t see anything about on the website, but otherwise things were very straightforward.

Tyler cleaned two bedrooms, a couch, love sofa, and two recliners. He was able to get all of the stains out of our furniture from our kiddos AND complete everything within an hour in a half. He was super quick, efficient, and very kind. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

I acquired a wool rug that had significant wear and stains. Chem-dry offered a professional clean at a reasonable price. Josh was great to communicate their limitations with spots on the rug that were permanently discolored from improper past care of the rug and damage. I ended up with a rug in much cleaner condition and visual quality even with what the cleaning couldn't fix. It overall looks much better and I can still use it in my living space. I appreciated their honesty, thoroughness, and the ease of the process.

Josh at Chem-Dry contacted me so quickly after I submitted a request for an estimate and made the whole process of the estimate, scheduling the cleaning, and the cleaning itself super smooth.

We had 5 or 6 area rugs cleaned, a few of which had some pet stains, and all were so much fresher feeling and smelling afterward. We'll definitely be using Chem-Dry again.

We’ve had them out multiple times the last few years for carpet/rugs/upholstery. They do a wonderful job every time.

They cleaned our house gutters and installed gutter guards. The work was excellent and on time. They are easy to talk with. We highly recommend them.

Make sure you know what to expect. I expected the quote meant my gutter guards would be removed and cleaned but instead they cleaned off the roof and looked in the gutters. It felt like I didn't understand the service I paid for and was disappointed...I wouldn't have paid for that had I known. Also, I have a water stain after heavy rains so unhappy that I tried to be proactive and perhaps didn't get what I needed completed. I did really like the guys and they did go take off two guards after I let them know I was frustrated and confused.
