Warren installed our Furnace about 7 years ago, and last year we had an issue with the blower and they fixed it at no cost. Great business, highly recommend and will be looking to have them install central air for our home as well this year. Reasonable rates as well.

Air went out on Sunday night, left a late night message and called at 7 when they opened and they already had us scheduled for 8:30. Ours is in the attic, so it's hot up there and Charles performed service and thorough preventive maintenance, had us cooling off by 10. These guys are fantastic, Charles was very professional

It was great working with Warren for our new air conditioner. Good price, so quick to get back to us and answer our questions! The guys who installed were so awesome! It was a difficult install, but no complaints! These guys worked hard, went over and above!

We needed to replace our furnace this January and after getting 3 estimates, Warren came in the lowest by a significant amount AND had the longest service guarantee. They had a much less schmoozy sales pitch and were more honest with us about the pros and cons of various options to upgrade than the other companies we met. We decided to get a new credit card to pay for it and they were extremely flexible about allowing us to wait to pay until it came in the mail. Scott, who installed the furnace, was exceptionally professional and did a great job communicating when some unexpected challenges came up. We will definitely be returning customers!

Our AC went out yesterday and the technician was able to get here right away. Heather was thorough and did a great job of explaining what she was doing to fix the issue. The AC stopped working again today from a different issue and Heather again was able to get here very quickly. She diagnosed the issue immediately and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend if you are looking for professional and thorough service.

Wonderful service. I had a rather interesting failure of the control panel on my furnace that affected my AC. The technician, Heather, was very professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. She quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, even had the necessary parts on hand. This business wins on both customer services and quality of their work. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

10/10, would highly recommend. I don't normally leave reviews, but the service I was provided today warranted a review. Called around to a few different businesses, Warren Heating & Air Conditioning was the only one able to fit me in. Heather arrived on time, received an advanced text message letting me know she was on the way, and quickly got my AC back up and running. She even let me ask dumb questions and happily made me more knowledgable about my AC unit.

Charles is wonderful and has always kept our furnace and a/c running in tip top shape.

My elderly parent’s air went out during the heat advisory. They came out immediately and fixed everything. They did the same with their furnace this past winter. My parents said they were professional, responsive and did a great job. Thank you for taking care of them.

Warren Heating and Air Conditioning did a fantastic job replacing my old furnace with a new one! Their work was excellent, and their prices are very fair. I highly recommend them! They are responsible, polite, and treat your home with care as if it were their own.

Love Warren Heating and Air Conditioning. They do quality work, don’t have extended wait times and are responsive. They replaced my furnace and AC 3 years ago and did a great job! Just had my fall Furnace checkup/Aprilaire filter replaced. Charles does a great job!

Prompt service when I needed most!

The work they did was fine, and appears to be good so far, about a month in. However, I come from a place of respecting someone's time. They rescheduled once. Fine. For me personally, when I say I'm going to be somewhere, I do it. I was there, first thing in the morning, my schedule cleared, awake, my phone on, listening for the doorbell. I don't feel like Warren Heating and Cooling respected my time. Three more reschedulings later - mornings where I had to arrange to be home and up early, and one morning where my husband had to stay home from work, and even then it turned into an afternoon job - half the job got done, and then MORE reschedulings after that, the job was finished, and then it was $600+ over estimate. I don't recommend their services.

I recommended this company to one of my friends and he had one bad run-in with one bad installer, who apparently was having a very bad day. Otherwise, he had good things to say about the other people who helped him out and he got an incredible price on a new furnace installation. I would only give 3.5 stars instead of 4 because they had to come back to touch up a few things. I can say that he was quite happy.

I had them come out to my house to help with my humidifier and settings. The man who came was very nice but he told me he was a fill in and did not know the answers to my questions. I never received a bill or anything that was in November and now it is April and the lady from the front desk said I will need to pay or be sent to collections. Wow I think that they should not be sending people out unless they know how to fix the problem. I still had to pay money even though nothing was done it was literally he came down to my basement and said" oh sorry I am not sure what to do about those settings".

I am only giving 2 stars because I actually thought the man who came was nice although he did not know how to help me. I am giving zero stars at the fact that I was charged for this and giving no receipt or invoice and was threatened to be taken to collections on top of that.

Our air condition is dripping water, so we called them, since they are the one installed and still during their warranty time. The guy show up at three days later and he said it is raining that he can not do anything. It end up took another one week for him to come back. And yes, he fix the dripping, but the next day the air condition is not working, we have not heard from them, it probably will take another week for that guy to come, and it is very hot now.
