Landscaping reviews in Madison, Wisconsin

It is hard to write this review. I have reached out several times. I sent photos of the issues recently again. No response. At first I was happy with the walkway. The main problems are the large "stone" steps which are actually cement blocks and the tops are breaking off and are not safe and look horrible. The gate that was made has never really worked and all the paint is coming off. I need the rock steps repaired or replaced. I am removing the gate. The walkway is nice, but I ended up doing the rock landscaping on the sides of it with my own rocks.

Aaron and his crew worked very hard to help us clean up our landscaping after it had gotten out of control. They installed new edging, removed old wood mulch and replaced with stone mulch, transplanted shrubs, removed plants and trees, planted new plants and trees, and fixed our boulder retaining wall. The guys worked very hard and were great to work with. We look forward to working with them again.

Could not be happier with our experience using Heart Rock Landscaping! During the planning process, Aaron was great to work with, and was very knowledgeable on design ideas. He was quick to respond to my emails and very patient with my numerous questions and requests. The project was completed in a timely manner as we were told it would be, and we felt the team was extremely hard working and paid great attention to detail throughout the process. Even after the project was completed, Aaron followed up and replaced two of our plants that weren’t thriving like the rest. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality landscape work!
