I was very impressed with the work they did for me which included tree removal, taking out 6 bushes and trimming very tall trees. They always cleaned up any shrubbery or residue before they left the work site. I would highly recommend them and would call upon them next time I need their services.

I contacted Hauser to give an estimate for removal of a dead Ash Tree. The timeline for removal was poorly conveyed and pushed back multiple time. During removal, a part of the tree was dropped on the gutter, snapped an unused internet line, and also broke a flag pole bracket and planter. I came home from work to discover the damage, as well as a mess on my roof, my neighbors roof and in my front garden bed. I had to call the owner, Anthony, to ask what happened. I would have preferred he called to inform me of the issue as soon as it happened. It was a pain to communicate about how to fix the gutters and the whole process was more of a headache than the dead tree ever was. Although he paid for the damages, I am still frustrated with the communication and lack of professionalism I received.
