We recently contracted with Installers Now for installation of new windows for our 25 year old home and couldn't be happier. We considered them along with a couple of other local companies, and ultimately choose Installers Now based on positive reviews, competetive cost and what appeared to be a strong committment to service. Our decision to go with Installers Now turned out to be a very good one and we're extremely pleased with the new windows, communication from Ben, and overall process.

In addition to the clear quality of the product installed, it's worth mentioning Ben's obvious investment in his work and attention to our needs and details of the installation. He is enthusiastic and hands on, taking time to discuss the process, confirm each and every detail, and follow up as necessary. In addition, he's been a great resource with regard to other house projects and needs, suggesting how we may wish to address other improvements to our home.

Highly recommend! After having tenants in our home for 5 years it was
in terrible shape. The roof literally should have collapsed. The Installers
team gave us a new roof that is completely safe and looks great along with new siding and front door installation and numerous custom windows. This was done with great communication and attention to detail as I live in Colorado Springs.

Due to hail damage, Installers Now provided guidance in repairs needed, high quality workmanship, efficient skilled labor and respectful interactions, and put on a new roof and fascia plus window repair, much quicker than we expected. Our medium size -- ranch style home with a two car garage, had a beautiful new roof (50 yr shingles) put on in one day, 7am--7 pm. The results are so satisfying, and the whole house looks fantastic Cleanup with magnet and much attention to find any nails and debris was thorough and respectful of our and neighbor's property. We highly recommend this thoughtful and client-inclusive approach used by Installers Now, LLC, to address many types of home repairs. The fascia repair added new life to our home, and was precisely applied. Two of our neighbors ran over to talk to us as the installation was occurring, as the intense work ethic used was impressive to see. We are thankful for our choice of this company to assist us, after a damaging hail storm.

This is the second time we have hired Installers Now and with the same great results. We previously had them repair our roof, this time they installed new windows for us. Both times they were very professional and courteous. Their prices are reasonable. We intend to have install new covered gutters and patio doors in the future.

As the writer of this review I wonder how I might convince you how you can trust the high quality of work done by Installers Now. I am not benefiting in any way from this review except that I feel good about maybe saving somebody some home improvement troubles, and maybe increasing business for Installers Now who absolutely deserve it.

Here is one big point you can hang your hat on. There always is an owner of installers now doing the work or directly supervising. They do not sell a job and have some underpaid employee do the work. Then to evaluate some tricky problems, a second owner will analyze and evaluate the situation for the best possible solution.

After 30 years of home ownership we experienced some poor home improvement work. In those instances it seems the workers are fairly well-intentioned but apparently were poorly informed about the best way to do things. To do the great job that Installers Now do, it takes an engineering understanding and detailed knowledge of materials, how they need to be applied, and keeping up to date with state of the art techniques and products. This is all what Installers Now does in spades.

Then there is even more. Sometimes highly qualified technical people are poor communicators, but that is not at all the case with Installers Now. They explain problems and proposals with engineering position and complete clarity. And further yet, they are personable and friendly and honest in their business handling administration.

Whatever you might need to have Installers Now do for you, I would highly recommend getting on their schedule. Good luck!

I hired Installers Now LLC from Madison Wi to replace my Roof.
They did an excellent Job... this was a complete tear off of the shingles, replaced what Wood that needed to be done. They completed the job on a timely basis and used excellent materials. It looks OUTSTANDING!!!

Ben was so helpful from the start. He came out to measure the old skylights I was replacing, showed me the new ones I would be getting, gave me a very accurate and impressive quote and explained everything in detail. The installers were very professional and kept the area clean. I think they left the sun room cleaner than it was when they got there. Ben stopped by the day of installation to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. While he was there I took advantage of his vast knowledge on roofs and siding and asked for his professional opinion on some things. He was a good sport and took the time to answer my questions. The business owners take pride in quality work and customer service at a fair price. Installers Now will definitely be getting my repeat business.

Recently had our roof done by InstallersNow. Ben and his team got it done in 1 day! The workmanship, service and competitive pricing were fantastic. Left the place squeaky clean afterwards. Installers now was great! Ben gave us accurate estimates for replacing a large picture window. He had his team ready to install within a. Day of the product arriving. I hired this company to do a roof for a rental property that I own. I am really glad that I hired them because they had great workmanship and had great pride in the work they did. All the employees were very polite and respectful . Not only did they do a good job on the roof, but they did an excellent job cleaning up. I thought their price was very competitive. They completed the job in the time period they said they would, which was very important to me. I was also very happy with their invoices, because it showed final payment for my taxes, which I did not need to ask for. These guys are absolutely a first class operation!

We hired Installers to do a roof/chimney repair and they did a great job quickly. They were thorough, informative, and affordable. During our estimate and final inspection, we learned so much valuable information about our house and chimney. Instead of suggesting the most expensive option (like another company from whom we got an estimate), they offered practical solutions and a professional opinion. The service was done quickly and overall it was a great experience. We'll absolutely contact them again for all our future roofing and siding needs.

Ben and his crew replaced three skylights in our house and did excellent work from start to finish. They were easy to work with, identified issues with the previous installation and made sure that the job was done right. When one of the new panes had issues in the cold, they ordered and installed a new one without any hassle. Overall, they were very professional and clearly take pride in their work. Ben and his workers at Installers Now, LLC are amazing to work with!! They did a big new roof and gutters project for our condominium ( 12 units) and it went very smoothly. Communication top-notch, always helpful, explaining the plan and everything as we went, and picked up always when they were done working. Very nice guys, too. And that is dealing with 12 separate owners asking questions, too. I can't say enough good things about them. We LOVE our new roof and gutters, and it is beautiful.

He brought samples of the door, color swatches, booklets to view the products and talked through everything. They removed the old roof, skylight and gutters quickly and efficiently. Installed a new skylight and composite shingle roof, covered the soffits and fascia with aluminum. The second day it started raining just as they began installing the gutters but since it was Friday before a long weekend they stayed and installed the gutters in the rain. That is commitment and excellent customer service. Everything looks great.

What started as 1 custom door quote quickly turned into 3 exterior door updates. Having inherited and experienced the added security of a 3 point Therma-Tru locking system from a past property, the available option here made it an easy upgrade for me (👋 big quality + security fan). I knew the doors were a necessary update to our 123 year old farmhouse but I was very concerned about maintaining the operation and aesthetic of the 100+ year old antique doorbell. Ben assured me he would personally oversee the design and install. He also patiently answered my 1,001 questions and it was a fun fact to learn about his mechanical engineering degree and background. I knew the doorbell and my investment was in good hands with Installers Now after our initial meeting - who knew doors could be so fun! The entire Installers Now team was courteous, professional and SO polite (shoutout Ivan).
