We came home on a Saturday to a noise sounding like an airplane was in our basement. It was our furnace… we had heat but the noise was significant. We called Superheat and they came over. They were kind and sympathetic. He didn’t know if he had the part so he had to travel back to Markesan. He came back with the part and fixed our issue. He really could have waited until Monday but wanted us not to hear the noise! So absolutely wonderful and showing true customer care! Plus, they somehow got our part covered under warranty!
