I’ve learned that a successful contractor is successful because he/she responds promptly, listens to and problem solves with clients, and does the work quickly. This was my experience with Capital Custom Contractors-the work was great, but more than that, they were notably the only team who I could count on for clear, consistent communication. HIRE THEM!

Carlos and his crew were extremely responsive to our request for handyman services prior to putting our house up for sale. As a result of their efforts our house was ready for sale in 3 days. We sold our house with three acceptable offers in 5 days.

We were very pleased with Carlos and his crew. They do quality work and are very responsive. The crew is courteous, communicative and easy to work with. We would definitely use them again.

Quick response, job was done quick, clean and Efficiently. I could not find an electrician and they came with in a week did a very professional job, the creo is very polite and fast working. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them. Very good job very satisfied. Thank you.

Carlos and team did a great job of replacing the outdated bathroom in my vintage home. The team created a great space, brought everything up to code, and made my new (old) home feel a bit more like "home".

A big thanks to Capital Custom Contractors for their professionalism and in fixing outages in my 1920s house. Gary has been doing electrical work for years, and he clearly knew about wiring specific to old houses. Once the initial problem was fixed, he came back to help with a deeper issue. He was patient and methodical, and he did a great job of explaining his process so I understood the source of the problem and the fix.

I tried painting my own metal front door and it was a total fail. My best friend recommended Carlos at Capital Custom Contractors who got back to me right away. The communication was easy and quick, he painted my door perfectly and exactly how I wanted. I couldn’t be happier.

We loved working with Carlos! Very friendly and a hard worker. He did great work installing an egress window for us and we’ll definitely hire him for future house projects!

Capital Custom Contractors did an excellent job for me recently on an home improvement project to the front of my home. Carlos and his team disassembled a wood deck structure, removed concrete, hauled away old material, constructed a new smaller front stoop with weather friendly materials, constructed a portico for over my front entrance, hung a new outdoor light fixture, replaced rotting wood - the whole nine. Carlos and his team were friendly, on time, professional and on time. I would highly recommend his work.

Our shed floor failed after 15-years. The shed itself was solid and we wanted to keep it, so we hired Capital Custom Contractors to manually lift the shed (we couldn’t have heavy equipment in our backyard due to a brick wall), poured a cement slab & lifted back the shed in place. Incredible!!! Now all we have to do is paint it. Carlos and his crew, Rego & Daniel were kind, hard working and professional. We highly recommend them.

Really incredible experience! We basically gutted two entire floors of our condo with Capital Custom Contractors. They are easy to work with, consultative and helpful the whole way through the process. They’re also friendly, on time and communicative. We’re definitely using them to do our basement, next!

Very responsive (which is so rare), very kind and great quality work! I had a double brick/stone fireplace to mount a TV on. They were able to mount + cut through to create a cord hider without disrupting the integrity of the stone. It's only been a day but I've already heard several comments about how professional it looks, and I agree! I will be working with them again in the future.

I had Capital Customs come out and install a new electrical panel for me. They did a fantastic job and were always super easy to get ahold of. I will definitely be using them for all of my electrical needs in the future, and highly recommend them!

Carlos and his crew did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. We had a small, awkward space to work with, and they turned it into a whole room. Nice tile and finishing, love everything about it.

Carlos and his team have been so professional and easy to work with on our basement project! They were willing to alter their timelines to fit into our plumbing and electric schedules. Building out two rooms in a little over a month is stellar speed in our book. We’ve already referred them to several friends :)

more livable space. I couldn't be happier. Carlos replaced all seven
windows and added barnwood to the walls. He was great at recommending
options, patient and very responsible during this time of Covid-19.

The workmanship was great, the pricing reasonable and he was very conscientious about not wasting any materials.

I absolutely love my new space -- I gained so much light and an amazing open feeling to my home.

Capital Custom Contractors did a fantastic job replacing the drop ceiling and lighting in our basement with drywall. They always showed up on time, did quality work, and thoroughly cleaned up construction waste, all for a fair price. Highly recommended!!
