I had a gas leak in my basement. Jack was there right away to fix the problem, for a reasonable rate.

Plumbing Pros was the only plumber that were able to come out same day. He was very professional and polite and I would recommend for anyone! It took less than two hours and I had a new water heater!

I have worked with Jack on multiple commercial projects. His work is first-rate and always done very efficiently. He is honest and a very nice guy as well. If you want the best on a project, call Jack.

We had a hot water failure at a rental unit Sunday, Labor Day weekend. Plumbing Pro’s had an opening the next day (Labor Day) he arrived early, was professional and performed the work quickly with care. I will not hesitate to use him again. Very satisfied!

Had a rusted up gas line that I needed to use to supply a new dryer. Jack let me send him a couple of pictures to assess and then was quick to get over to do the installation. Works great! Highly recommend.

Jack installed dishwasher, garbage disposal and since this is an old house, did multiple repairs/replacements on leaking/stuck shutoff valves and outdated pipes/materials. Friendly, timely, professional. Highly recommend.

I called about two clogged drains and Jack came out the next morning. He arrived on time and quickly fixed both of them. Price was reasonable and he even followed up a few days later to make sure they were still working properly.

Highly recommended! Didn’t have an emergency but he was here in 24 hrs. Fixed a variety of faucets and sink/tub stoppers and did a great job. Jack will be first-to-call next time I need plumbing work done.

Jack at Plumbing Pro's really saved the day for us. We we're attempting to install a water heater and found that the main shut off was bad and leaking through the closed valve. I explained this to Jack and he said he could be there in an hour as he was in the area. Totally awesome. He replaced the water heater and did and absolutely wonderful job. We will be keeping him on speed dial for anyone who asks us for a plumbing reference.

Ive used Jack twice now for water heater replacement and I am very happy with his service. He is very timely and responsive. I will continue to use him in the future and recommend him to family and friends.

Jack came out and replaced my water heater same day we called. My Dad and I were going to attempt the replacement ourselves, but it was past our level of expertise. We gave Jack a call and he was out a few hours later and got it replaced quickly and efficiently. Nice guy too! We’ll be using him from now on for sure. Water heater is working amazing and finally no more old leaking one I had for years.

Replace Water Heater. Jack was recommended to be by a neighbor. He was very professional and was able to explain in detail what was wrong with my current water heater, and what all my options were. He was able to replace the water heater with in 1 day of me asking. Good value. He even went the extra mile and helped me with an additional minor project. I will definitely use his service again.

Jack assisted with the plumbing for my kitchen remodel - demo, sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher and water line to the refrigerator. He also came and did a small repair on a different issue we discovered in the reno process. Prompt, friendly, professional service. Good communication and just really easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

I was just googling to find Jack's contact info and was surprised to see a negative review. So I am countering. I used Jack a lot years ago and can't imagine he's gone bad. Good fellow, easy to work with.

Ok.....We started fine with Jack (plumbing Pros owner) then it went wrong with him. He never returned my calls and failed to show up. Not sure why but we paid him around 3k for work in a place I just recently got. One time he charged 300$ for 30 minutes worth of work. Why, because I was getting deployed and I had to leave the next morning when I discovered the leak the night before. He took advantage of the situation. Good for you Jack if you are reading this.
I would never recommend him if you need reliable guy. I have all his text messages for any one want to verify what I have just said.
