Stay away from these guys. They double charged my credit card and won't refund the double charge. They steal your money!
Emailed multiple times, called and left messages multiple times and had absolutely no word from anyone.

I'm fairly new to Del City but every order I've placed has arrived quickly and no mistakes. Fair prices and high quality products definitely gets a 5 star from me.

The prices seem good if the customer service was better, first order had 3 items on backorder but website says they had them when I order so I call and the indeed do have all three items so she says they will ship all items left that were backordered. Apparently this place is a joke and highly unorganized, cause I got 2 of the items and another backorder after I was told they had everything this time. I suggest ordering from a reputable company like WAYTEK.

Ordered 100 x10qty connectors, recieved only 100 connectors (Total was $90 or .43ea). Called and asked why I recieved only 100, when the unit of measure is 10 (100x10=1000). The price for 1000 seemed correct. Called and was told regular butt splices heat shrink connectors are $.43 each, not per 10. Having to spend $10 to return what I shouldn't have to.

The part was or looked like it would fit my application, however when it arrived, yes it was correct to some point. But the connections that sit in the fuse box are too short in order to make good contact. I contacted the company and received a response from a Angela. After several email back and forth, she did send me some pictures from their technical department which explained why the upper part is wider (section that add on fuse is for). I understand the issue with possible shorts, however I will try to file this down some, since that section would also sit down into a molded fuse panel. I had suggested to them that they manufacture the same part but with the prongs twice the length. Issue would be solved! I just don't understand why we suddenly seem to have 3 or 4 different fuse designs, making it more than difficult to find the correct fuse especially if you had no idea that there are different design types.
Had they had the correct design type, which they came real close too but not to fit my Lincoln, Mini Low Profile fuses. I would have rated 5 stars +

1-2 day shipping... I received 1 package on day 3, I called customer service to ask where the rest of my order was and when it would arrive and the rep told me 7-8 days and if my business wasn't in Louisiana it would have been 1-2 day. I asked her how I was to know how long shipping to me would be, she said in a rude tone "well.....you could call..." I don't want to talk to rude people, that's why I shop online. DON'T ADVERTISE 1-2 DAY SHIPPING IF YOU CANT SHIP THAT FAST!

I ordered 3 items, two were sent and one was put on backorder. Well they didn't put it on backorder, they never intended to ship it. I have not received the last item because they don't want to pay the shipping charges. So now the other two items cost me more per item because of this deceit. BEWARE, IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM AND SOMETHING DOESN'T COME AND THEY PUT IT ON BACKORDER YOU WILL NOT GET THAT ITEM. THEY WILL JUST FORGET ABOUT YOU!!! BEWARE OF THIS BAD COMPANY. Not to mention one of the items was wrong too. This place was a very bad experience. STAY AWAY, ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE!!!

Update: They must have read my review, so they did send the last item w/o additional shipping charges. But I feel like I would have never gotten it if had not been for this review. Besides, there was no communication at all about being sorry for the delay, how soon it will be in, etc.etc. The last item just showed up in my mailbox 2 months later.

Excellent variety of items. Vendor was able to provide quantity and at the best price I could find. Shipped and received quickly. One small issue with my order was resolved professionally, quickly and totally to my satisfaction. Will definitely use this vendor again.

Ordered six items, received 5 OK. The sixth was not what I ordered. Not returning it as I can always use ring terminals, but I still need a package of the male, 14-16#, push-on terminals ( 964305 ).

Worse service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a small cable paid two day shipping and it’s two weeks now and every time I call it’s a different story. Last one was it takes two weeks to ship a small can bus cable. Trust me order elsewhere!

I ordered some material for a job in December only to find out it was returned to sender on Jan 6th. I called customer service & spoke with Kim Peterson who followed up & handled my issue very professionally and expeditiously & had it shipped back overnight. Great communication overall.
