Baseline always answers the phone. My ac was out. Jacob troubleshooted it over the phone as a bad capacitor. Came out and sure enough that’s what it was. He had it going in no time. The time from my initial call to working ac was about an hour and a half! Excellent service. Will use Baseline again.

Jacob, very knowledgeable and experienced in the field of HVac.was aware of the Kickstart appliance that was installed to my unit. Updated me on current coolant and what changes will be made in future. He was comfortable traveling to the Northwest Side of Milwaukee to service home owners that live in the area.

Called on Sunday from a fb ad got an appointment on Monday. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything for me on options. Will use Baseline for all my HVAC needs. Highly recommend and reasonable. Tells you the cost and options up front. Nice cool house now.

I would highly recommend Baseline!! I usually don’t give 5stars but Jacob went above and beyond to answer any questions and is very knowledgeable. When it came to communication, he is very prompt in responding! He is my go to guy for my ac and furnace needs!
