    I’m stuck using this company because they are one of the only few that work on the heat pump I have. Make sure if you have to use them you keep track of the time they are there. I’ve had to instances of them trying to overcharge me. The first time I was not told about being first call and that I would have to pay for travel time on top of the $75 truck fee. They corrected that invoice after I pointed it out. However they came that day to my building to work on my unit and another unit in the same building. Instead of splitting the truck charge as an honest company would they billed both of us. Second experience, they tried to charge me for 4 hours when the worker was there for 2 hours and 35 minutes. Trying to get ahold of the company to explain my invoice took me all day. I got the invoice around 9:30 and didn’t get ahold of someone until 3:50 after emails and phone calls. They came back with my invoice and charge me for 3 hours because of them billing by the half hour. Extremely unhappy with their lack of customer service and their ethics. Wanted to update contacted company as my unit was serviced in December and I handed the technician the filters I had with the merv rating. I was not told that it would be too restrictive which resulted in them having to come a second time because my heat stopped working. I emailed their Patrick Foldy and it’s going on a week with no response as to why I was not told this during the first time I had it serviced.
