When I called to schedule an appointment they were very responsive and upfront about pricing and services! Luckily they were only a week out in scheduling. When Jake got here he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Even before he began sweeping, he took his time to figure out potential causes for problems and after the sweep, spent some time troubleshooting to verify that he was correct in his previous assumptions and gave tips on where to look/things to try if more problems persisted. Jake, Kevin, & Randy came to the house and were very knowledgeable and friendly and were able to verify nothing obstructing my chimney (basically took cap off and shined flashlight down there). Did not charge me for the service and had some extra advice regarding my boiler and carbon monoxide detector. Loved the service and would suggest hiring this firm to anyone. Had them out to inspect and clean a gas fireplace that hadn't been used in a couple of years. The tech they sent out, Del, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and PATIENT, with all my questions. I've never had a gas fireplace before so he basically had to show me how to use it and explained in great detail the common issues and things to watch out for. I highly recommend this company and especially Del!
