Had a leak and needed coil replaced was assured there was no leak, only to find out it was still a leak and paid for the service.. no comp. was given or even told they would fix it..
They arrived when scheduled. Did an inspection. Checked for leaks and proper exhaust. Tech was pleasant and professional.
Highly unprofessional they said the furnace was broken but after getting a second opinion we found out they were lying they said the secondary heat exchange was broken but it was not. Also no call/no showed on his return visit.
Not a trusting company. I have a referral from INH and was told very honest and trusty. Only found out by disappointing. Call for service but never get a response. Thought maybe they would be busy so give another chance due to long time relationship with the current service and since they referred it. Another disappointment and unprofessionalism.
