Highly unprofessional they said the furnace was broken but after getting a second opinion we found out they were lying they said the secondary heat exchange was broken but it was not. Also no call/no showed on his return visit.

Not a trusting company. I have a referral from INH and was told very honest and trusty. Only found out by disappointing. Call for service but never get a response. Thought maybe they would be busy so give another chance due to long time relationship with the current service and since they referred it. Another disappointment and unprofessionalism.

Kevin and his crew saved my life when -21 below. Heat exchanger failed and they brought in a portable heater (John) and got me thru the nite. The next morning at 9am they installed a new Trane heater. Prompt and efficient...thank you tons!!! RELIABLE.
