I appreciated Mitchell Taylor as our technician today. He was very thorough during our furnace tune up. He also installed a condensation pump since our pump stopped working. He showed me that our unit is working beyond its capacity which could shorten the lifespan of our furnace. He called his supervisor to talk through the problem and to problem solve. I listened to the entire conversation on speaker to fully understand the situation. The supervisor sent out a speciality tech to look at improving our unit in the short term and figure out what we can do in the meantime. Thank you for your diligence.

Brian B. Provided the best plumbing experience I've ever had. He arrived ready to go, made time to answer all my questions and had the job done in a very timely manner. His communication was excellent!

Capital tech Jack came on an emergency call for no heat. He was very friendly and respectful. He got the furnace up and running in a short amount of time. He spent the time to check and measure pressures; air follows and temperatures to find the issue that another company could not find. The other company was using the nothing is obvious so we can start replacing parts and see what fixes it.
