The technician was able to get our heat working properly. He said that I had to bleed the radiators. Which I did. The heat seems to be working fine.

This isn't a real place. The phone number is a scam line that does not connect to Sears. The location does not exist. I drove to the exact address listed, and there is not a Sears on location. All the 5 star reviews must be bots or something?
EDIT: See their response below. They want me to send the "information" to a facebook page, which is a bizzare response. If it were a real company, they would know that this google page contains all the information that they would need. Very scammy business, stay away!

Waited weeks for the appointment. Many. many texts and emails confirming the 8am till 5pm time slot window. Canceled last minute and rescheduled in 3 more days. No thank you!!! Terrible customer service!

He was very rude and only here for less then then 15 minutes. He didnt have a business card and didn’t want to give me his full name. He talked to me as he walked away from house as I was at the door.

Washer bearing broken - the tech was great, the $136 trip charge was not. Do more research on your own as most of of these garbage samsung front loaders are basically “throw away” anyway - when you consider the $2000+ cost for a repair on a machine that cost $800 in 2017.

The tech was honest about my refrigerator and told me that the circuit board for my refrigerator was bad. Therefore, my home warranty is going replace it under warranty instead of me having to make another call.
