So happy with the job Shonda did on our window clean! We have first and second story windows, a storm door and a sliding glass patio door. She took her time and made them spotless, and took out all of the cobwebs and debris along the trim. We will most certainly use her services regularly, thank you we can see clearly again!!!

Jorge and Gabe did a fabulous job of cleaning my windows. This was the first time using this service, very happy. I also had them clean my gutters for peace of mind!!

I never give poor reviews but after using EZ two times, both with unhappy results, I think its worth sharing their lack of professionalism . The first time they cleaned windows, they set a window screen on our cream carpet and got grease all over the floor, which I had to then have professionally cleaned. The second time they were in a rush, did not remove breakables from a table and instead of moving the table, tried to squeeze in between and broke an expensive vase. Both times I spoke with a manager, no apology was given and they wanted to take money off the bill (before even knowing what they were going to invoice me at in the first place!). I doubt they lost a penny but an apology would have gone a long way.

The technician did a wonderful job displaying skill, tidiness and efficiency. So, we are pleased with the job that was done. A big concern is that the technician did not speak any English. He seems to be a great employee but the inability for even basic communication is a concern primarily for mishaps, explanation of any concerns etc. Perhaps he couple be paired with another employee until language skills are attained.

I was very happy with the two gentlemen that came to wash my windows on Thursday, August 21st at 8:00 am. They were polite, friendly, and very efficient. I give them my highest praises.

Did great work with great attitudes. Jorge and Gay were very efficient. The price for the service seemed high for 4 hours of work times two. But good quality.

We had the windows in our sunroom cleaned yesterday and Shandra and Robert did a phenomenal job! So kind, informative and I can’t believe how clean our windows are now! This will be an annual thing for our family now. Highly recommend!!
