I bought a part online and paid for 2nd day shipping. I waited a day and checked to see if it had shipped and when it would arrive. Instead of a tracking number I saw an email that said there was a 35 day lead time for the part I ordered. I called to speak to customer service who said they were giving me a "courtesy heads up" letting me know the part would take 35 days to ship. I asked them how they can offer 2nd day air and then take 35 days to ship the part. Again customer service said, "We sent you an email that said we won't charge you until you contact us, we were giving you a heads up." I told customer service that is not a heads up, that is after the fact, and a complete failure to address the issue. The customer service rep said and I quote, "Are you crazy? I am just cancelling your order and you can call back and talk to someone else," and hung up the phone. This is without a doubt the worst company with the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Rude, incapable, pathetic, and a complete disappointment.
