I recently had Park Electrical Service install a Tesla Wall Connector in my garage. They were quick to provide an estimate after my initial call and scheduled the work promptly. On the day of the installation, they confirmed the details and location of the Tesla Wall Connector. The work was completed efficiently, and they made sure to clean up any mess afterward. I'm really pleased with the service quality and would definitely recommend Park Electrical Service to others.

Every interaction has been positive, whether it is emailing with the owner, scheduling with the administrative assistant or talking to the electrician onsite. Parks Electrical Service has installed new outlets, replaced ceiling fans and replaced a bathroom exhaust fan. I appreciate their attention to detail and great customer service.

I can't say enough good things about Mark Larson and his son. I had a really big time crunch to get a renovation finished in my kitchen and another electrician was a no show. My father recommended Mark to me. I called him, left a message, and he got back to me right away. Mark came two days after I called and was able to fix everything in a matter of a few hours. He asked me to send pictures so that he could bring all of the materials that he would need.

Called Larson Electric and Joseph answered while on another job and asked that I fill in the website request form and he would call me back and try to help me out this week. I was a bit skeptical of using the website as I have had very bad luck with that process with other businesses. I was wrong. He contacted me after he was done with work and let me know he would work me in during the week.
I had contacted a few others as well and my issue was already fixed. I am writing this review to recommend him as he followed through. That is so much harder to come by these days.

I just had Larson update my service and put in a new breaker panel. They were great to work with. Super friendly and clean. They did a great job and were very organized and timely. I would recommend them to anyone.

Joseph, Mark, and the rest of their team do fantastic work. I sourced quotes from 4 different electricians, and Joe was by far the most knowledgable and reasonably-priced for what I needed. Joseph and his team never performed mindless work. Even with a plan in mind, they constantly checked other options as they opened up my walls and discovered how things were set up. They paused to ask me questions as they proceeded and truly "measured twice, cut once". I will be calling them back for any electric work I need in the future.

Great service! I had forgotten to get a hold of an electrician to fix some items after an inspection and it was getting close to my closing date. They managed to squeeze me in and promptly fixed everything we needed. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in the Madison area!

I've worked with Larson Electric three times now. They are incredibly responsive, professional and go above and beyond for their clients. They helped me last-minute and were also able to solve some tricky electrical issues that nobody else could. If I could give them more than five stars, I certainly would!

I hired Larson Electric to replace my electric service panel, which included moving my service from overhead to underground to my house. Given the location of my old panel, this involved a good bit of rework and coordination, which they did beautifully. That was the big project, but as long as I had them at my house I had a number of other smaller projects done, adding lights in my basement and garage, adding outlets in my kitchen, adding switches in my living room so I could control the lights from any entryway, and more.

Twenty years ago during college I helped my electrician uncle a few summers, and I still work in an adjacent profession. I feel I have enough background to know and judge the work involved. The work they did was excellent. I couldn't be more pleased, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my closest friends and family. I have a few more lower priority projects in mind, and they're a given for my next electrical work.

Communication was great, too, asking questions and offering advice when I didn't know exactly what I wanted. After drilling a large hole in the side of my house for the new service, I overheard one of the electricians inside shout to one outside "it's perfect!" Certainly a good thing to hear, and now with the project wrapped up I couldn't agree more.

I have used Larson Electric for both my home and business. There were issues that other electricians wouldn't touch, or didn't know how to fix, but Larson Electric came in and fixed them right away! Had my panel replaced and upgraded to 200amp service in Dec 2023. Extremely happy with the work Joseph and his team did. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Team worked quickly once my power was turned off and had everything completed on schedule. Will be my go-to for any future projects.

Had Larson Electric install a new external electrical outlet on our house. The technicians arrived on time, were very personable and polite, completed the job in less than an hour, and kept me updated regarding their progress. They needed access to an inside wall, and cleaned up after themselves after the installation was completed. The cost of the installation was reasonable. The owner of the company is very responsive to emails and phone calls. We will definitely use this company again should the need arrive.

2/18/26 We again hired Larson to replace some electrical outlets and numerous light switches. Once again, the technicians were very efficient, answered all my questions, and their charges were most reasonable.
