Nice company,good customers service and nice people to work

I would like to share with you the wonderful service we have gotten from CMS for over 10yrs. We had other companies clean our properties before CMS and are very glad to have made the switch to CMS for all. The service from staff is Top- notch, on time and very friendly and extremly attentive to detail. I would highly recommend CMS for any cleaning needs you have.

I feel the need to let other businesses know of my experience with this company. I own a small business with very little administrative support. Almost immediately upon signing a contract, I was finding the doors to my business left unlocked after the cleaning staff was in. I addressed this with my rep, and it took some time to solve the issue. I quickly notice the quality of the cleaning was sub par, in fact most of the job was not being done. I addressed this with my rep at least 6 times. The cleaner was identified as unable to do the job, but no solution was put into place until they were able to hire a new cleaner. I was asked to pay the full contracted rate and was getting maybe 30% of the job completed. Simple vacuuming was not being completed and the rep was able to see the space on multiple occasions and agreed even simple vacuuming was not being completed. When I addressed the fact that I was not paying the full price for a part job with no resolution, I was discontinued from the services and told in writing if I didn't pay the full bill, I would be taken to small claims court. The rep seemed to be working hard to keep my business, however, the cleaning supervision and structure is horrible. This experience was time consuming and ineffective and now I am left with a filthy business that has not been cleaned well in months and a bill of over $600. I would recommend finding another company to do business with.
