AMAZING HONEST CARING—your search is over! You will not find anyone else in this business like John and Chris. They are an amazingly skillful team. John’s work is no less than an art form. We stumbled upon this treasure of a company when my parent’s air conditioner stopped suddenly during the peak of summer. My very ill father (on oxygen) was struggling to breath without any added help of the 90+ temperature in the house. The current company servicing my parents couldn’t come for 2 weeks (even when explained the urgency involved). So I looked up Accu-Clime and decided to try them. Guess what? They said they would come within an hour! Seriously the empathy of the company showed instantly. Fast forward to the discovery of a major problem with the furnace that was contributing to the problem with air conditioner to needing a major overhaul of the whole unit and electrical upgrade. Suffice to say, I wish there was a John Accu-clime in all areas-car repair-plumbing-contractors etc. He worked diligently and patiently and made this massive project not only a success, but easy on our family. Everything he said he would do—he absolutely did and more. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of my family so kindly and quickly.

Accu-Clime is hands down the best HVAC people I've had, ever. They didn't make me feel bad because I didn't know a lot about hvac stuff or because I'm a woman. I've had that from other companies in the past. They were very professional, kind, and good at their job! They were really reasonable and got the job done faster than I expected both times.

The first time they found a mouse had chewed through our ac wires and the second, they replaced our heater. I want to mention how quickly we were able to get an appointment when things stopped working. Same day! Please do yourself a favor and use them for all your hvac needs!

I am so happy! I live in a house that is over 100 years old with all the charm and quirks that go along with that. Accu-Clime installed central air last week. Not only did they install the air con, they made sure the furnace and humidifier (that they hadn’t installed) were properly hooked up and vented. It was a long day for them and they definitely left my home better and healthier than they found it. We will be customers for life!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Truly raised the bar for going above and beyond in the Customer Service and Satisfaction dept. Rob performed the furnace tune-up with the utmost professionalism and answered all my questions to help me understand more fully how my system works. Additional work was needed, quote was given, and normally that's the end of the story, but not Accu-Clime! John went above and beyond to call the manufacturer to see if my furnace was under warranty, personally worked through some major hiccups on that front, and was able to get the part in less than 24 hrs for me. I can't praise this company and the team, John and Rob, enough. They will always be my first call for HVAC services! Thank you Accu-Clime!

When chilly weather arrived this fall, we tried to turn on the furnace for the first time and found it wouldn't start. We called Accu-Clime since they service our brand of furnace, and John was at our home within an hour. John diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Very friendly, competent, prompt service. This was our first time calling this company, but will not be our last. Thank you!

August 27th and 90+ degrees today. Called Accu-Clime at 8 AM as our AC stopped working. John returned the call by 8:30 and said he would try to fit in service. Rob (service tech) arrived around 4 PM, fixed the unit and we're back online. Great service and very professional with COVID-19 mask in this hot weather. Highly recommend Accuracies-Clime.

Honest, upfront, and clearly prioritize the customer rather than making a sale. I called Accu-Clime to discuss options for an old boiler that is working, but is quite aged. He clearly and patiently asked questions to understand our heating system, explained the benefits and downsides of different options (e.g. high efficiency boiler vs existing, high vs low temp radiators, chimney vs outside vent), and made good recommendations. It was such a pleasure to speak with someone who gave it to me straight and didn't try to steer me toward a purchase. While we are not proceeding at this time to replace the boiler, I was so impressed by my experience with Accu-Clime that I offered to write a review.

Accu-Clime has always been there for us with fast and excellent service. We had an old HVAC system which was breaking down on us regularly and Accu-Clime was always there within hours when they were needed. Being a business you can't be down for a day or two so this exceptional service was appreciated to keep my business running.

When it came to replacing the old system they provided us with an excellent price and worked around our schedule to ensure our business wasn't interrupted.

I would recommend Accu-Clime for all your heating and air conditioning needs whether it's your business or home!

We hired Accu-Clime to fix a few gas leaks that were found in our mechanical room leading to the furnaces there. Chris came out and took care of the leaks quickly. I appreciated the conversation we had. He took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and explain what was needed. He was very honest and straight forward which was again much appreciated.

We are in process of moving to Middleton from the West Coast. It has been so, so stressful and expensive. Accu-Clime was able to schedule within 24hrs. Chris was a gift. He arrived on time, was professional, thorough, and provided me the reassurance I needed. I look forward to using them for our maintenance needs.

Professional, reliable, personable, and very knowledgeable. My furnace and central air installation was one of the best investments I have made, my heating and cooling bill has decreased by at least 25%. I also signed up for service check plan for spring and fall which allows me to save even more money. I have been completely satisfied with the product and the company that stands behind it. Chris Pramas of AccuClime , and his team, have been and are a pleasure to do business with over the last 14 months to Jan 2016. Totally professional, customer service and focused on the best product fit possible his team delivered a first class installation of two Lennox furnaces which replaced our 2 x 30 year old Lennox pulse units, and a new Lennox air conditioning unit. When a town inspector asks who did this installation - because they really did a first rate job ! - you get a good feeling. When they follow that up after hearing it was Accu Clime saying - yes they are a really good company, they do high quality work- then you know you made a great choice. Chris listens to the customers needs and does whatever he can to address any questions and/ or provide explanations. Our installation was 13 months ago and since then AccuClime has been totally supportive any time we have called. Another benefit we have enjoyed over the last 12 months is at least a 25% reduction in heating bills since we installed the new Lennox furnaces. We highly recommend this company.

Purchased a new Furnace, A/C, humidifier and Energy Recovery Ventilator from this company in 2017. The installation was very neatly done. Over the years, service and maintenance have been top notch. Chris, Rob and John know the products and how to install and maintain the products.

We had to replace both our furnace and our A/C units. We had multiple companies come out and give us estimates and talk us through all of our options. The customer service with Accu-Clime was above and beyond any of the other companies. At no point did I feel like they were trying to just sell me something or that I was being mislead. Some of the bigger companies attempt to "look nice" but applying a huge discount to the product so they can "give you a deal" but even with that, Accu-Clime was able to get us a higher-efficiency unit for around the same price, without having to apply some generic "discount" to stay competitive. The entire job was split over two working days and they were extremely respectful and professional. They cleaned everything up after they were done. I would highly recommend Accu-Clime to anyone for their service and their price, especially if you are considering going with a big box company.

John and his team responded so quickly! We were in a crunch time wise and Rob was able to come right away to fix our 30 year old furnace.
Very efficient and friendly. They also honored a Bucky Book coupon that saved us $200.00! I recommend them to anyone needing furnace repair or replacement.

Company leaders Chris and John as well as technicians Rob and Ryan did a fantastic job of installing a new Lennox HVAC system in our 100 year old home. Needless to say there were quite a few house infrastructure challenges that they had to be overcome.

This Accu-Clime team did a fantastic job - great install and customer service, professional, yet personable, very timely and at a very fair price. What more could you ask for!

Chris and his guys did a great job and on time as promised. We upgraded to the top of the line Lennox system and we are just amazed by the difference from what we had to what we have now...like night and day. The heating and cooling cycles are like almost flat, very consistent lines, not waves, so comfortable and highly recommend the system and them as well.
