John and his team provide are definitely 5 star! Their analysis of our old system shortcomings and explanation of how they could improve our air flow and comfort and while lowering our energy use was spot on, based on the 6 months of operation since the installation. The new furnace installation was on time and budget and cleaned up some problems that had reduced the life of our previous furnace. We love the annual maintenance plan and the people that perform the service. Total thumbs up!

During this process, John kept me informed and followed-up all the way through installation.
The install was seamless too. Ryan and Rob demonstrated and went over all the important components on my new furnace. They also told me what to expect and made sure all my questions were answered before they left.

Chris and the entire Accu-Clime crew were great! I had a heating emergency (on a Saturday) and Chris took the time to explain my options, discuss the pros and cons of each and walked me through every step. And...the steps happened exactly as Chris outlined which is not always the case when you have a contractor in your home. I was very impressed with the knowledge, customer service and professional attitude of Chris and John. They were flexible and accommodating and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Thank you so much for everything! Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be using them in the future.

Called ahead to ask if it was ok to arrive early since he finished his prior appointment early. Arrived when he said he would, very friendly, work was done quickly and as expected, explained things well.

Rob tuned up my AC unit. He did an excellent job, gave me great advice and answered all my questions.

Great experience, beginning to end. As some others have said, the home visit and quoting process was very complete. Jon did a great job on fitting our new HVAC system to our needs. The install went well and the entire staff on-site really went out of their way to make sure we were satified as well as fully informed on how the system will work. Highly recommend!

Great experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone! Chris, one of the owners, worked on a Friday night, Saturday morning, and the following week to trial parts for our old furnace and install an entirely new furnace. Everyone at Accu-clime was beyond friendly and even wore booties in our house to protect our floors.

We found out we needed a new furnace after having it inspected by another company. I called Accu-Clime for a second quote on replacement and I am so glad I did.
Everyone at the company was incredibly helpful, insightful and provided me with enough of an education about the whole replacement process that I felt I could trust them to do a great job.
Accu-Clime delivered. They were wonderful to work with and I have a hard time imagining working with anyone else.
Also they made my furnace room look gooood. No shortcuts were taken and they fixed a bunch of poor routing decisions made by the other company when they installed the old furnace 20 years ago.

There was no hard sell and we discussed all of the pros/cons on different options for the house. The estimate was right on target with no surprise costs during the install. My wife and I are very happy with this company. We had a nearly 30 year old heater that was on a downward spiral for a while, for obvious reasons.

Accu-Clime was very helpful, and informative with the options. We chose to get a new furnace, as opposed to replacing a piece on the old one.

We’re thrilled with the new furnace and peace of mind regarding finding an HVAC company for the future. They already scheduled appointments for us into next fall, so they’re very organized and on top of things.

Also, they made it a priority to install the new furnace as quickly as possible, as we were without heat for a brief bit (been a mild winter so it wasn’t bad actually, and I prefer a cooler environment).

So they are definitely considerate. All positive qualities you’d want from a business.

You absolutely cannot go wrong when you hire Accu-Clime. We had them replace our 28 year old air conditioner in July. They analyzed and sized the replacement perfectly. Not only did they replace the air conditioner, they also re-sized the air return to provide much more efficiency for it and our gas furnace. And what a difference it has made. We’d like to again give a heartfelt “Thanks” to Chris. He is a very knowledgeable Technician and a truly wonderful person.

Chris was so knowledgeable and responsive during the quoting process. He didn’t apply any pressure and was very honest about what we needed and didn’t need. He made me feel extremely comfortable with Accu-Clime, and I fully trusted his recommendations. It was clear to me after his initial visit that his company cared more about the “customer” than another company that visited the day before.
During the installation Chris, Ryan and Rob were great to work with, they were very personable and open to any and all questions.

Jeremy was a pleasant person to work with. I appreciate that he was already familiar with my system and knew what to do. He responded to all of my questions and helped me (the new homeowner) better understand my AC.

Our "new" house was built in 2000 and still had original HVAC systems, so when the air conditioner went out, we knew we needed to replace the whole thing. We contacted Accu-Clime because they were Lennox dealers and we had good experience with Lennox at our old house . Accu-Clime gave us a competitive bid and seemed to know their stuff. Because they are a smaller company, they couldn't install a new system right away but were able to patch our old system so we had air conditioning again. They installed when they said they would, and in fact everything was done very professionally and we look forward to working with them for many years. We recommend them highly.

I manage a parts store in Middleton and wanted to use someone local, I can't say enough about the customer service they provided, from the initial phone call to the service reps showing up promptly and giving me a diagnosis on our heating problem. I would not hesitate to use Accu-Clime at any time, very professional and just did a outstanding job.

I suspected my heating unit was dying during frigid weather. Someone ( came out the next morning. My heating unit was indeed bad. The guys came out that same day, bumping a previous appointment which was not urgent.

I guess I ended up buying like the nicest furnace you can get. The cost was more than I had expected to pay for a furnace, but I didn't want a cheap junker. They did a good job and my home is more comfortable than ever. That said, I believe the price was fair for what I got. A+ service.
