Matt Sc came out to look at our furnace because it wasn't blowing warm air. Turns out that a spider got in there and laid eggs in the fuel line, blocking it. Easy fix, lucky for us. Matt was in and out, friendly and neat. I would definitely call Action out again.

I was not told until you arrived that the job would cost $650. I received an estimate after you arrived. The job cost only $157 a year ago. Also, I did not have a clogged drain that would have taken more work that would have been worth the higher charge. All I need is preventative maintenance with the removal of tree roots.

Sean S provided expert service. Great to work with. Couldn’t ask for better. Sean asked good questions about history of the unit dnd offered opportunities for future cost savings.

My time slot was 8am—11am. I received a text w/ an identifying photo 1/2 hour in advance, which I appreciated. Sean & another technician arrived at 9:30am & were done in under an hour. Unfortunately they didn’t have the right filter for my furnace, but Sean made sure I knew what to search for online. Professional & pleasant!

Ethan from Action Plumbing arrived right on schedule and installed a new garbage disposal under my kitchen sink in about an hour. He was quite knowledgeable and courteous. The disposal quit working yesterday afternoon and in less than 24 later, I have a new one functioning well.

They were responsive in setting up an appointment and punctual. Matt Sv found the issue faster than previous service techs. They followed up with us on options within hours.

Adam was on time for our appointment and very friendly and knowledgeable. He was well prepared and answered any questions that were asked. I appreciated his effort and attention to detail with our project.

Sean came out within the expected timeframe. He was quick to address all the areas of concern in the house. When he wasn’t sure of something, he called the office for additional knowledge and resources. He was able to fix everything on the spot and gave great recommendations on a future project we discussed.

Action Plumbing was very informative about the schedule, the plumber arrived on time and did the job quickly. It was a simple fix, but we were happy to have it taken care of properly so it won't happen again soon.

It was a simple repair way below Ryan's expertise, more like my own "expertise" haha but it HAD to be fixed today. I could not muck about. Ethan arrived at our home promptly at our scheduled time and addressed our concern about water pressure. A few days later, we experienced leaking (which turned out to be unrelated to the original service call) and called Action Plumbing in panic mode. Ethan was all over it and arrived within a few hour to assess the situation. He provided an interim solution while our part was on order. Ethan was an absolute professional at all times.

We had a problem with our smoke alarms, kept chirping despite all being reset and batteries replaced. Michael replaced all 6 in a very short period of time. Would definitely recommend both Michael and his company to all family and friends. Jim and Lynne

The technician was excellent. The price was outrageous. I have the main drain cleared of tree roots and other debris annually. Been a loyal customer for 12+ years. Paid $218 in 10/24 for complete snaking/augering. Today I was quoted ~ $99+ for the call + ~$252+ to run a camera (formerly a routine procedure) + ~ $399+ to clean it out for a grand total just shy of $800. I paid @ $345 (because of a coupon) for the service call and camera. I WILL NEVER CALL ACTION PLUMBING AGAIN! This pricing (gouging) is how they respect loyalty. I REPEAT -- NEVER AGAIN.

We had an emergency plumbing situation and called Action Plumbing. Our plumber, Greg R, was originally scheduled between 2–4 pm but ended up arriving at 7 pm. Honestly, after 6 pm I didn’t expect anyone to come until the next day, so I was pleasantly surprised when Greg showed up the same evening.

Even though it was already past dinner time, Greg stayed until 9 pm and made sure the job was completely done. He treated our situation like the true emergency it was, and the level of service and respect we received was absolutely top-notch.

I really appreciate the same-day response, the professionalism, and the dedication to getting the work done right. If we ever need plumbing help in the future, I’ll gladly call Action Plumbing again.
