First Onsite did a nice job on our major home rehabilitation. All of their employees were conscientious and pleasant. I would like to mention Esmeralda in particular. She was tasked with cleaning the house and ridding it of drywall dust - a monumental undertaking because the dust was everywhere. She worked diligently for days and got it done. It was very evident to me that she CARED about the end result, and would not stop working until the job was done to hers and my satisfaction!

I cannot begin to thank Esmeralda and her amazing cleaning crew. Not only do they do fantastic work, they just make everything easy. Kind, helpful, always went above and beyond. I cannot recommend Esmeralda and the team enough. Property catastrophes are scary and it feels like the world is falling apart. They made it better and I genuinely can’t thank them or express my gratitude enough. Hire them. You’ll be glad you did.

I would highly recommend First Onsite for all your restoration needs. Sergio Amaya was our project manager. He communicated with us step by step and ensured that our project was a priority. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

I entrusted this company to restore my home and do a great job while doing so. Instead they’ve tried to cut corners and replace products with cheaper versions. On top of that it was recommended by the project manager that I move back into my home with a boarded up window. My home sat at times during the process with nothing being done. I, the customer had to request that the project manager order the window that needed to be replaced and she still waited 5/6 months before ordering the window. Not only did she order a window that was not the same quality of my other windows but she didn’t order the correct size window. I even had to request and tell them to use primer for painting, which is something else that the customer shouldn’t be responsible for. The project managers have offered countless lies about when the project will be completed along with placing the blame on others for things not being done properly. If you don’t care what your property looks like I would highly recommend them. But if you’re looking for quality service and work please go elsewhere.

My mom had a water leak while she was in the hospital. I found it when I was there so I called her insurance agent who made a point to tell me this company was awesome. And despite the day and time, she had me call them late on Friday Sept 9th.

They were all in the house on a Friday later afternoon/early evening and they just went super fast. They were back that next Monday as promised and EACH AND EVERY PERSON in the house had something to contribute professionally and personally.

They accommodated us with my mom’s surgery and had their work finished within days. They were all professional and respectful of our home and us. We just felt like we were very well taken care of.

They dealt with the insurance company and they were both fast and just awesome enough that I had to ask for their names. So Todd was first our point of contact. He was out to look at the job and put together a team that really seemed to know what they were doing and knew how to do everything we needed done all while treating us more like we were family.

I never once felt uncomfortable or like I had to supervise or anything. They walked me through the process and so we would love to thank Todd for being here quickly AND for calling his guys who gave up their Friday just to accommodate us.

Edwardo, JJ, Jose B, and David J were all just great. I cannot say enough. I read through the reviews here and see that I’m not alone in my thoughts given all the great reviews.

Our job was tiny compared to a house fire, yet our job was treated with the exact same urgency as a house fire would have been. They even left it cleaner than it was. I didn’t have to clean anything after they left.

So now at least I know if I’m ever in need of a service like this, I’m calling these guys first. They really did make this horribly timed issue tolerable. They took care of the insurance company for us and everything. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who finds themselves needing this type of service.

In fact, I would be asking for these exact people if I were to need them again. If I missed someone tho, I do apologize. Because from start to finish, they were just amazing.

UPDATE: The work has been done, I’ve gotten e:mails to pay the bill. It was an insurance claim and we were told they were going to be paid directly. But I’m getting e:mails that I’ve responded to only no response so I called three times. No answer, no response. Great work! Great workers, but until I hear from a real billing person, my 5 stars are now a one star

First Onsite did a fantastic job at our building recently. We had rain leaking in and their crew diagnosed the problem and got it repair in a very cost effective manner. I highly recommend the next time you need work done, give them a call!!

First Onsite was outstanding, absolutely fantastic to work with. We were in a really tough bind over the New Years weekend, dealing with a large flood in our basement. The supervisor responded to our call within minutes, and was “First Onsite “ in a matter of hours. Todd gave us his personal number, called us multiple times throughout the weekend to make sure that we were taken care of and everything we needed.

Andrew M, David, and Bryan V were just as great. They showed up immediately, and within a matter of 2 hours had our entire basement cleaned up and back in working order.

If you are looking for a property restoration team that is not only experienced, efficient, and a pleasure to work with, then First Onsite is the only choice.

I would say that I had a good overall experience with First OnSite. They worked with my insurance company (which tried to lowball) and got the amount of money to the respectable realistic number… And then worked with me to get my place restored to original condition. Half a year later some minor problems arose, but they stepped in and resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. Gus M. was a manager for my project! Thanks a lot guys!

I would like to thank Todd, JJ, and David for their wonderful service. Our basement flooded due to a sump pump problem and we had about 3 inches of water at one point. Our insurance company recommend First Onsite. Julie, the person who took our call was so nice and immediately got the guys out there. They were so thorough and explained everything they were doing. They got rid of the unsalvageable stuff and were always prompt and efficient, always being very careful with our possessions. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I worked with First Onsite for 2 disasters at once and was grateful for their help! I know it's their job, but I still appreciated that they went above and beyond at times throughout the process. Megan, Todd, JJ, Gus and their crews did good work and I'd hire them again. Any issues that came up seemed to mostly be involving subcontractors, but overall the First Onsite crew handled things well.

I'm writing this on behalf of my mom, who had repair work done on her house after a fire incident. Joe C., the project manager, was proactive and kept us updated throughout. John S. and his construction crew were not only professional but also very polite. Their excellent work during such a stressful time is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!

We had a sewer backup and these guys could not have been more helpful and fast. They removed all carpet, tore out dry wall, rebuilt everything, painted. The basement seriously never looked better.

Worked with Sergio and team on an insurance storm damage claim. They were easy to work with, communicated throughout, and followed up. A breath of fresh air compared to the original contractor!

The workers completing the job were on time, efficient, and hard working. Very satisfied.

We had a major plumbing leak in our kitchen and called First Onsite immediately after the plumber. We have been so happy with their service and response time. Jennilee, Megan, and Todd have maintained constant communication as we navigate the remediation process and insurance claim (in a stressful time without a functioning kitchen.) Today’s demo crew was led by Jorge Carrera, and he was thorough, tidy, and very helpful as he and his team worked on our kitchen. He explained everything that was done and what to do for the next few days as the water damaged areas are dried out. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of dealing with water damage in your home or business, call First Onsite.

I'll start off by saying they took the appropriate measures to fix my water problem and got everything dried out.

But from there the communications has been an absolute mess. Some days they'd show up late Sometimes not at all then contact you.later after you were home all day to reschedule. Also sent threatening letters while we were waiting for insurance and mortgage company to clear the funds to pay them.

They also damaged my wood floorsfrom stapling the tarps to my hardwood. Then said they'd pay to fix it and it's been 10 months of calls and no answers after hearing they have to forward it to the next person. I'd avoid them at all cost. Very unprofessional way to run your business. You want to be paid immediately but have yet to see a dime out of them. Sorry I had to resort to a negative review.

Update still hasn't been paid for the damage they did. Avoid this company at all costs. Disgusting.

My place flooded the night before I left for my overseas trip. Gus was amazing and project managed the whole thing. I came home to an almost new condo. There was a couple hiccups along the way but Gus made them right and was a good communicator five stars

First Onsite was requested through my insurance company to mitigate a water problem inside my home. Todd called within a couple hours of being notified by my insurance company and set up a time to come over. A plan was discussed and a crew came over a couple days later. Jorge was the technician who showed up and the work performed was thorough and completed on time. First Onsite was a great experience for me. I would recommend their services to anyone.

We just want to say how impressed we are with this company. First onsite surpassed all our expectations and got us back into our home quicker than expected.
