Was offered a redo (after inspection although photos sent) but I declined, due to personal reasons, and bother. Felt pressured that I was uncooperative, and was told to understand better how this business works. Asked for a refund again, but denied. Customer punishment, imho.
EDIT UPDATE: I'M NO LONGER HAPPY WITH WE CLEAN CARPET. Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend.

AFTER MY CARPET COMPLETLY DRIED FROM A FRIDAY TO MONDAY, I WAS DISAPPOINTED TO SEE A FEW DISCOLORED SPOTS IN MY LIVING ROOM CARPET, AND STRIPES OF THE ADDED STAIN GUARD APPLICATIONS THERE AND ON OTHER AREAS CLEANED. THE STRIPES ARE STIFF AND SOMEWHAT CRUSTY TO THE TOUCH. I AM DISAPPOINTED SINCE I PAID OVER $400 AND EXPECTED MY CARPET TO BE CLEANED VERY, VERY, VERY WELL. I DID SEND A COMMENT TO WCC. (Was offered a redo, but declined. Would have preferred a refund outright. Put a negative comment on FB twice. They removed it from view. I feel scammed.)

BELOW ARE MY FIRST THOUGHTS WITHIN DAY 1:

(I would say I'm somewhat happy with the results of my carpet cleaning day 1 after he finished. The technician did a good job (I thought). Clean smells only, a plus. But VERY wet after.
I ended up paying a lot more for the extra sprayings such as allergy and scotch guard than I really wasn't prepared for or budgeted, but I'm hoping it will pay off in benefits down the road. However, please be warned that they charge much more than their site calulates. Also, for some technical issues I never received an email confirmation of my appointment or any texts beforehand. The technician called before he arrived that day. One real negative: a couple of small areas of my carpet were stained after drying the next day. Plenty of streaks too. I was advised by the technician to use a vinegar wash on it. He said sometimes the stain pulls up after treatment. Never experienced that before. Stain still there after a few scrubs, and was not there before the actual cleaning by WCC.) Kitchen sink, his water supply, was left dirty and kitchen floor wet drippings.

Excellent job done! Very professional and really friendly. Price was very reasonable and I would recommend.

Amazing experience! The company came out only a couple hours after I requested service online. Rod introduced himself, explained what he was going to do, and was diligent in his work. I give the company and Rod 5 stars, the carpets smell great, and I enjoyed talking with him, too!

Had an appointment for 3-5pm, they called at 3pm saying they were running behind schedule and they would be here closer to 5. That's the last I heard of them, no call to reschedule or anything. I moved all the furniture out of the living room and after waiting around for several hours, I had to move it all back and look for another company.

Rod did an awesome job! He was great to talk too very knowledgeable. I would definitely use you guys again!

The man that cleaned my carpets was very polite and professional…. He did a GREAT job. I have used many other companies in the past and this company is definitely worth checking out !

Friendly service. I was quoted less and payed way more. Not happy about that but they were upfront about other costs to protect my furniture and I have a pet so a good cleaning was needed! The gentleman worked hard and really cleaned my furniture well so I am pleased with this part of the service. The gentleman was very kind and treated my home with much respect and care. They were quick to respond to setting up service and they did call before coming and emailed me information.

I was pleased with We Clean Carpets. I scheduled my appointment on line. Filled out a from and listed the areas I wanted cleaned. They texted me a reminder 3 days before the appt. And then again the day before. On the day of the appt. The appt is within. 2 hr. Window. On the day of my appt. My tech called me
And said he would be late and if I was ok with that or if I needed to reschedule. I kept the appt. And was glad he was professional enough to call. Once here the tech went through the rooms I wanted done. He then gave me the quote. The quote was like $100 dollars more than what i given on line. He told me that since my carpets haven’t been cleaned in a few years he was quoting me the “deep clean” price. I said no and then we agreed deep clean for the stairs and hallway (heavy traffic areas) and basic for guest bedrooms. Then the price was more in line ( I don’t like teaser prices hence the reason for 4 stars not 5)
.once done he said he’d do my area rig in the kitchen for free. I was surprised but thanked him and let him do it. It’s been 2 days only and my carpets and area rug all
Look great. I had a couple spots on my stairs so we will See if .those come back or not. However overall I am pleased and I would use them
Again.

I've been using We Clean Carpets for years. I have two dogs so the carpets need extra attention. They are always professional, friendly, timely and thorough! Rod did an exceptional job today again. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Guy upsold me on-site for sanitize and “deep” clean. My couches were sopping wet when he left 30 min later. I took out my dinky spot carpet cleaner and pulled out a ridiculous amount of extremely dirty brown water over the next 30 min. There were clear areas of my couches that weren’t touched. I’ve tried calling but they have a screening for my number as I’ve already had services that shoots me direct to voicemail. Have left multiple voicemails with no call back yet. Honestly seems a bit like a scam company.

Matthew was our We Clean Expert Technician, he did a phenomenal job! I especially appreciated Matthew's professionalism and excellent customer service skills, as well as his attention to details and the fact he cleaned up after he finished cleaning. I'm a long time We Clean customer, I really appreciate the quality service I've always received from this company and it's technicians!

The day of the actual appt. They never showed. We had to call them. They asked if we could reschedule because they were running behind. The day of the second appt. Only one of the workers showed up. It took him over 35 mins to lugged the equipment to our apartment. The equipment is outdated to say the least! He didn’t have his own water supply so he had to use our bathroom to continue to fill up their machine! When the guy was “finished” the carpet looked exactly the same but wet & a few added stains from the worker not having shoe covers or from the machine itself! Spoke with the manager and he says our carpet looked much better as if I’m blind! We contacted the dispatcher which turned into a screaming match. Needless to say this company will NEVER get another dollar from me! Complete waste of two days!

We’re very happy with our cleaning! We originally booked the 3 rugs for $89 offer, and We Clean Carpets provided helpful reminders and a call before arrival. Rod was professional, explained everything clearly, and suggested upgrades like pet treatment and deep cleaning for our high-traffic rug, which we appreciated. We also had two couches and an ottoman cleaned. Everything looks and smells fresh—great service and friendly experience all around!

While the final charges were a bit different from the online quote, I was able to adjust my services to match exactly what I wanted. Sam provided excellent recommendations for floor and furniture cleaning and delivered outstanding service. My carpets and furniture look fantastic!
