Just had a new HVAC system installed by Air Solution today. Kevin and Brien did a great job on removal of my old system and install of my new one. The job was well done and looks great. I like the fact that they took their time to do a nice job on my new system and not fast to get to the next job. I would highly recommend Air Solutions to my friends or anyone else who asks. I had 6 other bids and glad I went with them. They will have all of my tuneup and service needs in the future. JOB WELL DONE.

We just bought our first home. We wanted to make sure our HVAC system worked without any future surprises. Brian came out even though Kevin was scheduled to look at our system. Both were very professional and thorough. Both made us feel like friends giving friends advice on how to proceed. In my opinion, a big company will not make that very important connection. This is a small family company with a lot of heart. That type of personal connection is rare these days. I will trust my family's comfort and safety to Brian and Kevin.

Brian was amazing. He explained what he was doing and assessing throughout and gave us both a repair or a replacement option. He came after hours on a very hot day. We were very appreciative and his experience was evident. Very highly recommend Brian and Air solutions for HVAC services.

Went out of town Labor Day weekend and came back to the house with no A/C working and it was 87 inside. I called and they wanted $250 to come out Labor Day so I waited a day when the service call was $89. Brian was on time and it took him about 5 minutes to diagnose a failed capacitor. He explained everything as he was working on it and had it back up in 15 minutes. He also tested the refrigerant and gave it a once over as I have never done any maintenance or had a check up on the unit in 15 years. Got a $40 discount as well. Very happy I called them and Brian was very professional.

Brian and his team are fantastic! Quick to respond and very professional. I called to get our AC fixed, and they were able to get me scheduled for that same day. Brian diagnosed and repaired the problem, quickly and reasonably. Definitely my go to company for all things HVAC!

When I called Air Solutions Heating and Cooling (at 4 AM on a Sunday morning) I was suprised to hear a pleasant human answer the phone! Kira reviewed common furnace issues and easy fixes before scheduling an appointment. Brian arrived a few hours later. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He was able to diagnose and fix my furnace problem quickly. He also took the time to review and reset my furnace settings to ensure optimal air flow. I had confidence in Air Solutions as Brian had installed a new air conditioner for me in August of 2020. At that time my AC was 25 years old. Brian provided me with options for a repair vs replacement. I received the same outstanding service and competative pricing (I had checked competitor's pricing before the call). I highly recommend Air Solutions.

Yeah, 5 stars is right! On time, on budget and professional from start to finish. As far as I'm concerned the team from Air Solutions is the Gold Standard when it comes to cool -- really coming through for this little old lady with a cat when the a/c went out. Accurate and timely communication for tech arrival windows with fast invoicing through their on-line platform. Highly recommend!

I called Air Solutions on a Saturday morning around 7AM. I explained my situation and reception's said that Brian would be out here between 9AM-11AM. Brian called around 8AM and said he was on his way. Very prompt service he arrived earlier then 9AM. Brian repaired my furnace so that I had heat until Monday. He had to purchase a pressure valve. Again, Brian arrived earlier then he said which was great for me. Brian explained everything he was doing and was honest about it as well. I referred my sister to Brian (Air Solutions). I would Recommend Air Solutions to anyone in a heart beat. Excellent service, great workers!

I called Air Solutions Heating and Cooling, LLC, on a Sunday morning in the midst of a heat wave, after finding the previous day that my A/C was nonfunctional. Brian, the technician on that day, was able to come by within a few hours. I was away from my home at the time, but he was still able to perform the necessary repairs, outside the home, even in my absence, and got things up and running very quickly. His communication was excellent, and overall the service provided by this business was very good, as advertised. I would not hesitate to call them again for service.

Brian and his team are always responsive and transparent! We have an old house and nothing is easy. He stays and gets the job done. Last summer we had a part under warranty fail and the manufacturer was backlogged. He created a patch that got us thru the season and installed the part this week. Totally trustworthy company!

Our thermostat went out on one of the hottest days of the year, and we had family coming into down the next day. We called Brian and he was able to come over that night and install a new thermostat for us that works great. He saved the day, and we'll definitely go to him again. Not only that, be he took a look at our A/C unit, saw it was dirty, and pulled out our hose and started washing it. Then he rolled up the hose neatly when he was done. He went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it greatly!

I called at 8:00am and a real person answered the phone. Very polite and professional in scheduling. Brian came out and his service was outstanding!!! He was not only ontime...he was early which was great because we had no air in 97 degree heat. He explained everything every step of the way. He found my issue and had the part on his truck. My air was restored in 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and correct, nothing false or over inflated. The 5 star reviews are very true. I would recommend Air Solutions to anyone!!!

Our a/c went out on the hottest day of the year. Go figure. Air Solutions was recommended, and we went with them. Boy, what a great experience! Customer service was great, and our technician, Brian, came out earlier than he said he could; which was a welcome surprise! He took the time to educate me on our system and fixed it within minutes. Good price, great service. And our a/c is humming once again! Thanks!

Phone call to schedule service was easy and the receptionist was great! Brian came as scheduled and walked me through maintenance and servicing our boiler. Brian did fantastic work, all while I was hovering and asking questions. (Sorry about that!)

Brian did an excellent job helping me with an AC issue. It's a tricky problem, with no straightforward fix and he took the extra time and care to explain all the considerations and brainstorm ideas with me. Professional, friendly and very competent. Would definitely work with Air Solutions again!

When it comes to the service industry, for me, customer service is the most important part of the experience. Brian and his team were on point every step of the way. I was so impressed they were able to keep on schedule even with over a week’s notice, which isn’t easy these days. The installation of an A/C unit and blower unit was by no means easy and they did an excellent job today. To my surprise, there was a follow up late in the evening to check in on the comfort level of the condo. Brian knew I wouldn’t be back to the space until after 8 and he checked in after 8. If you’re looking for sound expertise and the feeling of being taken care throughout the process, I would recommend Air Solutions Heating & Cooling Milwaukee to anyone out there.

Air went out and Brian came out the next day, diagnosed, gave me a couple options, and scheduled to put a new unit in a few days later. The price and service were outstanding. It’s a small family operation and they’re total pros. Highly recommend.

Brian and his team were incredible. First Brian worked with me to get the exactly right answer to our very unique heating problem in our 100year old house. Then he and the team installed the solution and were courteous, clean and efficient about doing so. Now our house is warm, comfortable and efficient. Could not be more pleased!!!!

I recently had my furnace repaired by Air Solutions Heating & Cooling, LLC on Monday, January 6th, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Brian, the technician, was prompt, professional, and thorough in diagnosing and fixing the issue. He installed a new hi/lo pressure switch cluster and tubing, and my home is now warm and cozy again. I no longer have to mute the television to hear if the furnace turned on. His quick, less than one-hour repair put me at ease. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable furnace repairs!
