Leah Baade and her team are supportive and responsive. She provides options for our location so I don't have to go out searching for it. Recently, she was able to re-stripe our lot and shop in a reasonable amount of time and for a great price.

Hands down the best team I’ve ever seen! Building is CLEAN! Ashely Sugden and her follow through is priceless. She said she would take care of the needs I needed and BOOM IT WAS DONE! Great work. I would definitely recommend this team for any of my business needs.

Working with City Wide has been a great experience and I can always trust that they'll be here to make sure our facility is kept in top notch condition. 3 points to touch on would be Trust, Communication, and Feedback. Over the past year the level of trust that's been built allows me to shift my focus elsewhere in the facility knowing they'll always do what's right. It's also reassuring to know the account managers are here for the long haul and aren't just a face/voice you see day one while signing a contract with them. They're committed to weekly visits to inspect the facility and make sure everything is on point. If there's any constructive feedback, this is reviewed during their visits and has always been corrected in a timely manner. Regarding communication, everyone at our facility is given the ability to communicate with the crew via a logbook. This tool further streamlines the feedback process and is something that's reviewed every day. Overall, they're a great company to work with and they offer so much more than just cleaning services for your facility. If you're on the fence about hiring them, give them a shot and I think you'll be happy you did.

ND Cleaning not only did a great job cleaning for us, but they also took care of some patching/painting that we had due to some water damage at our property. They were professional and timely. There is only thing I hate more than having a dirty building, and that is cleaning. In fact, I sold all of my vacuum cleaners, as they were only collecting dust. I also hated washing my windows, it was too much of a pane. That is where N&D Commercial Cleaning came into play. They regularly clean my entire building and wash the windows, making it all look spotless. 5 star company!
