Friendly and responsive. They were able to clean out garage and basement storage locker, for an additional fee. Be sure to discuss your expectations beforehand--they will tell you what services they don't offer. The reasons I'm leaving only four stars are as follows: 1) All hard floor surfaces were sticky to walk on after they dried. 2) Blinds were not dusted or cleaned. 3) Kitchen drawers were not wiped out, and there were crumbs along with unwanted debris (see pictures) 4) Kitchin sink faucet was left with a film. 5) Light fixture in 1/2 not dusted or wiped down. 6) Candle wax not removed from carpet. 7) They increased price by $25.00 when they arrived because of the size of the unit (1,000 Sq ft). I understood, but if they had communicated that there was a possibility of a price increase, I could have anticipated it, instead of being surprised. Would consider using again.

Rarely do you expect to be blown away by a cleaning job. With 10 years in the rental business, I have never come across a more professional, detailed oriented, and responsive cleaning firm.
