My lawn is well taken care of. Any corrections I asked for were addressed immediately. The customer service has been phenomenal. I would highly recommend Details Premium Lawn Care for all of your residential lawn needs.

I have been a client of Details Lawn Care, run by Bill, for several years. The work quality is consistently high, leaving me very satisfied. His services extend beyond lawn care to hedge trimming and snow removal, which have proven invaluable during the winter months. The excellence of his work cannot be overstated.

This was the only company that responded to me within the same day that I needed last minute lawn mowing and trimming for my overgrown grass that's been neglected due to the summer heat and rain. They worked quickly and efficiently, doing a wonderful job that would normally take me 2-3 hours and they're very affordable! Thank you so much again for your help!

Opener: Can't speak to their landscape service specifically. However, I had the experience of their consideration today when trying to get fuel on my morning commute. The company had at least 4 vehicles at the BP gas station off Burlingon and 94 in Kenosha. After fueling, I assume, several David J. Frank Landscaping employees went in the store and left their vehicles at the pump. This station has only 1 pump for diesel, besides for the semis. Again, during the busy morning commute, pumps were blocked with no one around the vehicles. Finally, they started to file out and move the trucks but, apparently, they are required to travel in a convoy. Therefore, they all stayed in the area until the very last one was ready to pull out. You know, because it is 2018 and only one guy would have a map, directions, the address and knowledge of how to get to the job site this day. The last David J Frank landscaper was talking a very easy stroll through the parking lot out to his truck blocking the diesel pump, long ago used to fill up the company truck. Clueless, lack of consideration and common sense. Again, can't speak to their landscape service but this speaks volumes to me about their thoughtfulness, initiative and tenacity --- all missing from these employees. Something to consider when hiring a company to do work and the guys are paid by the hour.

I’ve used this company once in the past. And just thought it was over priced for what I received. That is not why I’m leaving a 1 star review. I came home last week and found David J Frank on my property cutting my trees. I approached the crew and said “ you know you’re on my property cutting my trees correct?” The response was they thought the property line was 4 feet the farther than it is. They quickly said we will vacate. They are hired by my neighbor to do everything for landscaping, everything! So I called David J Frank to discuss their protocol for cutting trees that overhang into someone else’s property. Which would be the case in this instance, trunk and tree on my property limbs overhang onto neighboring property. It is my understanding ( I’m not versed in the legal aspects of this situation which is why my first call was to DJF to see what the protocol is ) the neighbor can trim overhanging limbs but the limbs still technically belong to me as they are from my tree. Which they would need to offer said limbs back to me. Now if the neighbor or DJF had ever reached out to me to discuss the trimming of my trees we could have had this discussion before they sent the limbs through the grinder, but nobody ever talked to me. Like I said I came home to find DJF on my property on a ladder cutting away.
So I contacted DJF to see what is normal protocol in this scenario. I would have thought DJF would clear such actions with the appropriate property owner, they definitely did not in this case. I was transferred to the Arborist who of course declined to pick up the phone. At which point I left a message for the Arborist to call me back to discuss the companies protocol. Well he’s never bothered to call me back which leads me to this step. Airing the dirty laundry in social media setting. I didn’t want to take this step but when your customer service dictates such steps I have no choice. I’m not sure what the next step is I’ll update when I decide.

This company is in direct violation of Glendale ordinance 11.2.9(1) Residential noise volumes. No equipment can be used, if at the property line, if the noise levels are over 75dB. The average leaf blower runs at 95dB-115dB. This morning two leaf blowers started up on my neighbors driveway that’s less than 3 feet from my house. I measured 90dB in my 3 week old sons room this morning at 745am. He was screaming in pain. This is the second time this season. The yards a very small here and could easily be done with a rack and broom for the driveway. Formal complaint with Glendale PD on the way.

Cant speak to their landscape skills hopefully it's better than their driving. After sitting in a near dead stop traffic jams for about 45min on the freeway EVERYONE started to move to the left lane. I throw my blinker on to move over and he proceeds to accelerate and not allow me in. He rides the person's bumper ahead of him to the point where I need to stop at the accident to be let in by the person behind him. Now I would have slowed earlier but we were already not going faster than a roll. So slowing would have meaning stopping and just causing more of a already jammed situation.

I'm not the first to review their courtesy. Not surprised.

This place is trash none of the of the people that work in this location have any motivation and They hideaway from customers. Been calling customer service about how most of this is going on

The staff was extremely helpful, especially an associate named Porscha, who lead me right to the item I was looking for, even though it was in the back of the store.

Called to ask if the store carried an item and the lady said "Who!!! What!!!" as I am repearing myself speaking very clearly. The proper response would have been " I'm sorry mam, can you repeat that" if she was having trouble hearing or understanding me. Also, the lady in garden just sid not want to be at work today, she also was rude, sounded lazy, and barely answered my question and didnt say bye. Ugh!!! Just call in "ignorant" so that customers can have a great experiance at Hd.

Been coming here for 7 years and it has been a pretty good experience overall, every once in a while they have phenomenal blowout prices on discontinued items, for lumber I pick around and find the good stuff same as all big box home centers. Paint department is quite good, matching paints to perfection although they are sometimes pushy on the new formulations with primer. Also fantastic garden department, wide selection with hordes of happy plant hunters in the spring.. much better prices than garden centers and better quality than Men...ds. Oh yeah and they have a plentiful supply of lumber carts stacked ready to go outside of the left hand entrance. That makes me happy. Have not had any car tool theft while here, but I hide my tools and lock the doors.

Home Depot all locations are a death trap 🪤 to allergic people there is more dust at home Depot than all the concrete plants I have been and they produce dust all day . Not only that but I feel like safety is a concern in this and the one in Menomonee falls. People just walk out with stuff or they don't scan them at self checkout and no one say anything to them so I feel like the day they told something a fight can brake out and that put us all at risk!
