Carl's Plumbing Services Inc

If you want professional, good employees who know what they're doing, do not hire these people. My landlords house warranty used this company for our plumbing issues. They were rude, cancelled appointments without letting us know and left us without running water for over two weeks. Communication with their customers and amongst themselves was deplorable. I would have had better luck hiring a monkey with a wrench.

Absolutely awful! Would never use them. They were assigned to me by my home warranty company. They called quickly to find out the problems I was having and scheduled an appointment, They showed up on time, took my service call money, said they could not do any repairs, told me their paperwork did not list the problem correctly, and then left. I called back and spoke to the owner. He said it was the warranty company's problem not his. He then told me he would contact the warranty company and call me back. It's been three weeks and I've heard nothing. This doesn't surprise me based on the reviews. I contacted a different company, who fixed my problems, and explained to me Carl's is in the business of collecting warranty service call fees, and does little repair work. STAY AWAY

Assigned Carl's through HSA (my home warranty company) after being assigned another plumbing company who "didn't clear drain blockages." The plumber came to our home promptly and was courteous. He was unable to initially clear the blockage, but returned the next business day with different equipment and successfully fixed our issue.
