Happy with the work that was completed and the teams willingness to work with an insurance provider as best as they can. Thank you for helping with the process of getting my lateral repaired as it is a big job. The guys on the job were nice, professional and thorough in explaining what was going on with the repair. Very reasonable for work done.

Highly recommend Subterranean if your having any sewer issues. We had a main sewer line break in our front yard. We had our sewer back up on Thanksgiving with lots of nasty stuff in our basement. We ended up getting a referral for Subterranean and wish they would have come out first. First quote was ridiculously expensive! SUB-T came in literally 55% cheaper and did it with great customer service, kind and professional workers (shout out to Mason, Clifford and Jose) They even showed up with dog treats. Easy invoice and down payment options. Owner answered phone on a holiday while on vacation out of the country and got us a quote in our email in a matter of days. Highly recommend these guys. I will be using them for jetting my main pipe going forward, they bring a camera to make sure your good before doing any work! Word to the wise if your a homeowner, get a rider to cover underground service line!! Call your agent TODAY!

We had a plumbing issue last week and we were referred to Subterranean Plumbing by the plumber that augerred our main line. I wish we would have called them first. I reached out to them on Sunday and they got Michael out here the next day. He clearly explained what he needed to do and then did it. He was able to identify the issue but unfortunately, it's a big job. As it was late in the day, I'll get an estimate tomorrow and know they will get the work scheduled quickly. I should also add the Michael was very polite and left the work area nice and clean.

After receiving a great estimate, I had them complete the replacement of my main sewer drain. It took a couple of days but finished with Nick and Joey doing a great job with the new concrete and clean up. Overall, I'm very happy with the work.

Subterranean did a excellent job replacing our sewer line and were efficient, and friendly. They tailored the repair work to our situation and were flexible to meet our specific needs.

My first appt was great. I had camera work done on my buried downspouts.
Made a 2nd appointment with Alex for someone to come out and give me a price on a few issues that were found from the first appt. No one showed up on the day we scheduled and no one called or messaged me. I had to make the call to find out why. Alex said his boss Rob was the person that was coming out. He was a no show.
Alex said he would get back to me right away to find out why no one showed up.
I never heard back yesterday or today and it’s the afternoon already. 🤷‍♀️
Very disappointing. I had already given this companies name to a neighbor but I will be letting my neighbor know not to bother.

Neighbor was getting work done by this company. One of the workers was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Was nice to client but nasty to the rest of the Neighbors. I know who I will not hire on the event I would need their services.

Was hoping to provide a good review of their services. I called them 15 minutes after our scheduled time only to find out that they completely forgot about my job. Rob promised to make it up to us and rescheduled for a few days later. Well when that time comes and goes I called to check in. Turns out they forgot about us again. I understand being short staffed is a challenge but to do this twice is unacceptable.

They came to our house, and gave us an estimate on sewer lateral repair. Since then must've figured the job was too involved, I guess sometimes it's just too much work. They haven't responded to my request for them to come out to review and possibly revise the estimate from last summer.. it's too bad, they originally came off as a good company to deal with.....but....many people out there that want to work....
