My company worked with Winter Services for the 23’ - 24’ winter season and it was a great experience. Carissa was my account manager and was phenomenal to deal with. Great communication, good rates, and on time payment. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

We are wrapping up our 1st year with Winter Services as a subcontractor. Overall a great experience. Dion was our district manager. Attentive, able to reach, easy to communicate with. We serviced a larger turn key site in charge of salting, plowing and walks. We appreciated the weather event reports. Recently contacted by Jenna Kay to take on one of winter services locations. I was skeptical at first with never hearing of them, I did some homework and talked to another company that works with Jenna Kay and they had no complaints. She’s quick responding, answers questions, and easy to work with. Paperwork is easy signing on board, and their app is super easy to use compared to others that I have used before. No invoicing to shuffle back and forth, it’s all done in the app. I plan to follow up on this review after this season with them for a more complete review.
