They took down a large mulberry with extensive storm damage, including very large branches hung up in the tree and a split trunk. They got it down ok at a reasonable price. The tree was hard to get to, but they got their equipment in with very little damage to the lawn.

I had them haul away the big pieces of wood and leave the branches for me to clean up. This lowered the cost by a lot and also meant less equipment going across the lawn.

I had a fairly delicate tree removal. My house, my neighbor's house and garage and power lines were all at risk for a large ash tree removal.
Salesman Matt came out, explained what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and when. He was very professional and thorough. I of course needed a bonded and insured company. Unlike some other removal folks I didn't have to beg them for that information,. It came, in writing with my quote. Once again, very professional.
Inside Ops man Zach called me to communicate a much understood rain delay. He is both pleasant and professional. Their crew arrived on the dot for the weather adjusted time I was given. That three man crew was so efficient and professional as well. Very talented AND SAFE removal experts in my opinion. I also had two 90 ft pines removed, stumps ground and slash hauled away at the same time.
When they left my house, they left no trace of the fact that they were ever there and had removed three large trees.
From professional sales, customer service and the physical removal of the trees that they did, I was incredibly impressed by their organization. (And no, i do not work at this company or nor had I previously known anyone that worked or currently works there.)
Definitely they deserve a 5+ review.

I had an exceptional experience with M&M Tree Care. They removed a mature tree from my front yard. They were friendly, conscientious and professional. There was no damage to my yard and they cleaned up every stick and leaf. They also completed the stump grinding process with no damage to my yard and treated 2 remaining trees to prevent the disease that damaged the tree that was removed. I won’t hesitate to use their services again. Great work!

We hired M&M for tree pruning, tree removal, stump removal & stump debris removal. Tree results were good. The stump process - not so good. Kept promising to show up, but didn't keep their word. After they finally showed up to finish the job, they left 8" of stump debris for me, currently disabled, to clean it up. It would have taken them 3 more minutes, to finish, but chose not to.

Lastly, when performing the tree work, they chose to drive their heavy truck onto our new sod & soil & left high and low spots. They wouldn't fix their damage. I now have to hire another contractor to finish the job for $200. This was a $1,850+/- job.

I asked them to currect these difficiencies, they refused. They prefer conflict over resolution. They tried to charge us for an unauthorized charge as well. This is acting in bad faith.

Lots of unprofessional attitude for sales person and Manager/Owner.

M&M did a great job. They cut down seven trees and trimmed three. They were very professional, answered any questions I had and their clean up was so good you couldn’t even tell they were there. I highly recommend M&M Tree Care

Had two trees removed requiring the use of a crane due to accessibility issues. M&M staff was here early, got equipment in place and had everything down, cleaned up and removed by noon. Their staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend.

Terrific. Brian is great and the crew did a great job. Pricing was reasonable and in line with whats others quoted. My only gripe is the 1% fee for electronic funds transfer - unheard of. Don't like mailing checks anymore but $37 for EFT is crazy.

What an amazing experience we had with M&M Tree Care today. We used M&M several times over the last 8 years, One job involved removing 8 large trees from the property. They were prompt, clean and reasonable. I don't know what happened since our last job with them 3 years ago. We had them out for a quote, and were waiting for a confirming call which never came. Called back...waited again for a date....no call. Called again and crew finally came out. Crew was very good, efficient and clean. We were told we would have a stump grinder out in 1 week. No call after 10 days...called again...no call...called again...no call. Finally cancelled after 3 weeks...and our flower beds are now coming up. Its going to be a mess. We have recommended them in the past, We can not recommend anymore.

We had an ash tree that was obviously sick and hanging precariously over our neighbor's garage so we called M&M to see what could be done. They were honest and forthright in letting us know it had to come down, and they did an excellent, efficient, and clean job when the time came. They needed to work around two close garages and power lines and had the tree down and cleaned up in a day. Excellent work.

M&M have fertilized our trees for years. Wonderful people. They removed 2 lilac bushes yesterday. All branches were removed and stumps were sawed down to ground level. Unfortunately, they said my gates were too narrow for the stump removal machine to get through.

From the initial estimation process and job scheduling to the final removal of the tree and stump, every member of the M&M staff was friendly, professional, and willing to answer our questions. The yard was immaculate after the project was completed and the office receptionist was so personable when I called to make the final payment. We were highly satisfied with the level of service that everyone provided. Kudos for a job well done!

M&M Tree Service has done a great job every time! The arborists are very knowledgeable and the employees are polite and respectful. They always clean up very thoroughly when they are finished. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!

M&M tree care are a really great company, zero cost estimates and scheduling is a few months out. As far as the work, I was quoted for 3 trees and they took down three trees in 3 hours. Did a good job not tearing up the lawn and hauled all debris. Really efficient crew.
The only reason I'm only giving four stars is due to the workers doing the bare minimum contracted work, then expecting a tip. I would tip a crew for moving my trashcan into the drive, or for removing extra deadfall to the chipper. I had cash to tip the crew, but the bare minimum is covered by the contract.
This is the second time I've used M&M on my property, and I would work with them again.

M&M Tree Care was excellent overall. The tree removal and stump grinding process was quick, professional, and it looks great! Accepting their proposal and paying my invoice was incredibly easy too. It's all done through email/online! I highly recommend and would use them again in the future.

M&M recently came to prune our tree. Not only were they professional in their prep, clean-up and direction—they went the extra mile and cut some of the bigger pieces for my kids to paint and for me to use. Extremely reasonable price and just friendly guys. Recommend for sure!

We have used M&M Tree Care multiple times for both tree removal and trimming.
They are always efficient and leave the work area looking better than when they arrive. They are knowledgeable and careful. I would highly recommend them (and have!)

We had a number of large trees on our property and some of the branches were dangerously low to the ground. We called M&M Tree Care to trim trees on a very long driveway. The day they came it was raining and we thought the work could not be done--but they worked in the rain for hours until all the branchs were trimmed. We feel much safer now. I was extremely happy with the tree cutting/trimming services M&M provided at our city of Waukesha property. From meeting their arborist on site for the evaluation to the payment it was a smooth and professional process. Their crew was very easy to work with taking extra time to explain the process and what to expect to both me and my tenants. Thanks M&M!

Evaluation:
Shortly after I contacted M&M the arborist, Bob met me at the property and evaluated each 10+ trees explaining/suggesting what he felt was needed (and wasn’t necessary). The end result was multiple trees trimmed, two trees cut down, and two large diameter trees flush cut. Throughout our conversation Bob was very honest and never tried to pressure or sell me anything. He also gave me a tentative timeline as to when I could get the work done if I chose M&M. After the site visit a quote was emailed to me. As part of this a copy of a valid certificate of insurance was provided. This included both workers comp and liability insurance.

Scheduling:
Shortly after I decided/agreed to move forward with the work I was contacted by the M&M office, Zak, offering dates/times they could be do the work. I was able to select a date that worked for me and my tenants.

Work:
The day of the work the crew showed up as Zak explained. As the work involved multiple trees throughout my property, I wanted to be sure the crew was clear so I met them onsite. Upon doing so I was greeted by the foreman Leo (and two other guys). He walked through the property with me noting what the plan was - which matched my expectations. He also talked to my tenant to assure she was aware of what to expect. The work was completed without incident.

Payment:
Shortly after the work was performed an invoice was emailed. There were no surprises as it matched my quote. I sent a payment and received a confirmation that payment was received (e.g. an electronic copy of the invoice marked paid was sent).
