Thorough and efficient cleaning!

Thanks to Veronica and Ivania, they were prompt, explained the cleaning plan, cleaned up well.

Jose, Jesus, Karina, and Anjela did a great job at addressing flood damage. Removed carpet, cleaned area, and set up fans to dry out the basement.

The team of Jose Jesus Michel Vero Anita Ivania and Antonia were hard working communicated what they were doing and next steps and helpful in so many ways. They also appeared to work well with one another and enjoy what they were doing. They were simply superb!!

Very professional and respectful of furnishings

I just want to know say we had Jose and Jesus here working on our house for the last few days. They’re very good at what they do. Everything was done carefully and they never left a single mess. I appreciated them. They were friendly. They were clean. They were courteous nothing was broken. Nothing was disturbed. Everything was as it should be when they left. If I ever had to do work again I would definitely ask for Jose and Jesus.!! A job well done they both deserve a huge raise!!!

This company was the worst possible choice for mitigation. They will stretch this process out for weeks and charge you an arm and a leg for it. Servpro wasted our time showing up to the wrong address twice. They charged us for hours of labor while we were home and they were there adjusting fans for 20minutes & then they said they were there “for 1.5 hours monitoring and adjusting equipment & inspecting.” They charged us over $300 saying they moved our furniture out of the basement when we did that all ourselves. They charged us $100 saying they removed and reset our washer and dryer when they did not do that either. They demoed our basement bathroom and then halted ripping up the basement floor where we had water because of asbestos tile under our floor, but charged us $7,000 like they did all this work. I will never use this company ever again. What a waste of time and money.

Jason and his wife were amazing to work with. They answered my many questions before they started the work. They were 2k cheaper than other companies for the same work!! . The crew did a great job answering all questions and explaining what they were doing and did all the work in a day and a half. Would highly recommend.

The assistance we received was above and beyond my expectations, starting with the onset of my emergency phone contact, up to completion of our restoration experience with Rainbow. The empathetic care from the office staff (Ms. A), was greatly appreciated throughout our journey of dealing with the effect of "Loss." The service tech (Mr. C) who managed our specific restoration needs, in addition to being our on-site contact person, provided A+ customer service in terms of clarifying all of our questions. He kept us informed of the various restoration phases to ensure that we were aware of what to expect along with numerous opportunities to discuss critical changes for unexpected concerns. We are well pleased with the services provided to us by this company.

They were very responsive and did a wonderful job drying out damaged property after flooding. They communicated throughout the process and also coordinated with insurance to make the process easier in terms of billing. I would highly recommend this company.

Our home was completely flooded unexpectedly and we were devastated. My children were afraid that we could never return home. However the place we love was restored! The hard work, detailed follow-up, and restoration of our home allowed us to return safely in less time than expected.

My review is 2 fold. I recently had a copper water line burst in my basement and when I filed my claim with Allstate, they dispatched my claim to my employer, Rainbow Restoration. It was cool how they separated the claim from my department so I was not involved in the process. It was stressful enough and me not being involved was needed for my sanity. We get busy in this line of work and I appreciated the attention to detail (humanity) in my time of need. Great restoration company and great employer. Thanks Team Rainbow!
