These guys are top notch! Spence is by far the easiest and most helpful HVAC contractor I've dealt with, and I've dealt with a few. He and his crew installed a new furnace for me and the professionalism went above and beyond!! Superb customer service, which in these days is hard to come by. Very highly recommended!!! Keep up the great work fellas, you rock!!

Spencer was super thorough and was especially great about explaining what he was doing and why. I have had a few companies out to do scheduled maintenance on our furnace and AC but none have ever spent so much time making sure all my questions were answered. It was also the first time anyone had inspected the outside AC unit, let alone actually cleaning it! His prices are very reasonable and I feel confident he will stand behind his work and be there when we need him.

My wife and I had the fellas at Latitude 43 do the FULL HVAC systems for the brand-new remodeled basement we put in the new house we bought in 2022. It was a long-time labor of love project for us and our family. Spencer and Cody did a great job of installing central AC for me. It was a bit of a tricky job as my house is 100 years old and they were attaching the AC to a furnace in the attic. They were a pleasure to work with and I wish they offered more home services!

I couldn't recommend the team at Latitude 43 more! They helped me diagnose a problem with my whole house dehumidifier, and ultimately ended up replacing it for me today. They were able to help me select a unit better suited for my home, and removed the previous unit as well as the overly intrusive duct work which was taking up a significant portion of my mechanical room. The new unit is now installed neatly in the corner, completely out of the way, giving me what feels like half the room back. Latitude 43 is veteran owned, which I liked. Spencer is incredibly helpful and professional. He takes a great deal of pride in his work, and even made sure to kiss the dogs goodbye before leaving. I could not be happier!

These guys have been our saviors many times when the weather gets harsh, too cold or too hot, you name it. When our heat went out last year they were so quick to respond and in the meantime they provided our office with space heaters just to hold us over.

I can't say enough positive things about Spencer and his team. I met with him on a Friday afternoon and the install of the new hvac system was the following Tuesday. Very professional and efficient. The price was also much lower than the other bigger outfits.

These guys were great! From the moment Spence came out to look over our old AC unit, to when the new unit was installed and running, they worked professionally and competently. Our AC was up and running in no time. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them again to anyone.

The Latitude.43 team took care of one of our office spaces today. They were on time and their communication is great. I also enjoy being on their yearly check ups - so twice a year they just take care of the review of our heating and cooling systems. They can take care of Residential Homes too!

I met the owner, Spencer, a few years ago when he first started out and I was impressed with his start up story and vision for his company. The fact that we were both Army vets made the decision to hire him for our HVAC work even better. The install went great and the new furnace has been running flawlessly since then.
We're having them back this week to do some HVAC upgrades with a UV light and bigger filter cabinet upgrade. Everyone on their team has been just great getting us all the information we needed to decide what upgrades worked best for our situation. Austin even followed up with me on a Friday night after 5pm. You don't find service like this hardly anywhere anymore. Great company, hands down.

Latitude came out on a cold day and got our heat on and I decided to join their club for regular scheduled maintenance. I like having a regular Heating and Cooling guy who’s familiar with the property. I was impressed with Spencer and it feels good to have a regular stable maintenance company.

We run a salon that is very busy with eight tenants and all of their clients preparing for the holidays. When the heat went out and the entire salon was very chilly. There was only one call we knew we had to make. Spencer and the team at Lattitude 43 have helped us on multiple instances. Time was of the essence and Spencer was able to show up same day which is very tough especially the time of year and demand. Spencer was able to get us up and running and I can’t tell you how much everyone appreciated it. Another fantastic service and especially response in a timely manner by Lattitude 43. I would highly recommend them.
