Highly recommend Latitude.43 HAVAC! Just completed a very large project using Latitude.43 and am extremely happy. Spencer took time to visit my site, discuss options etc. Spencer's communication and follow through has been nothing short of excellent.

Spencer came out to give me an estimate and did an excellent job explaining everything in great detail. He is very knowledgeable and took as much time as needed to be sure all my questions were answered. Such a great peace of mind knowing he truly cares and is passionate about his work and business.

Wyatt was great. Caught something another company didn’t which dropped the price to get my AC back up and running from $3k to $700.

On time, respectful, cleaned up the basement floor better than they found it. Great communication. Prices were much better than the larger companies we had quotes from. It was clear that Spencer had expertise working with boilers. From start to finish, they wanted to make sure we understood the process and were happy with the work. Will work with them again!

Spencer and Wyatt were amazing! Spencer came out and gave us an estimate that was hassle free. He told us everything we should expect. And when services were done, it wasn’t a dollar more than quoted and they were awesome! We ran into some hiccups with wiring from our previously installed heating system from another company that they quickly resolved! Highly recommend and will continue to be our go to in the future!

Latitude.43 deserves every one of its five stars! When our furnace gave out, they made the replacement process incredibly smooth. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

What truly set them apart was the owner's responsiveness and helpfulness. As a DIY enthusiast, my husband really appreciated that the owner would quickly reply with excellent suggestions on things to check or try before needing a service call. It showed a genuine commitment to helping us out, not just making a sale. We're so grateful for their expertise and exceptional support!

Called for a diagnostics and estimate as my furnace went out on the coldest day of the year so far. I was happy that they were able to see me within a few hours of my call! Spencer, the technician, was very professional, transparent, and honest; no pushy salesperson feel. The price estimates are fairly reasonable; a little higher for me, but they offer financing which I was able to get prequalified for. I’d rather patronize an honest, transparent, (veteran owned) small business over others who have displayed questionable ethics with regards to customer service. I am eager to continue doing business with them.

Our central AC unit from the 80's finally crapped out on us at the beginning of a stretch of pretty hot days. Spencer and his crew got our replacement unit shipped in from Milwaukee and installed in 2 days. They brought us temporary window AC units to borrow for the day between ordering and installing, which was necessary with our dogs in the house. The 10 year transferrable warranty for the unit was an amazing bonus and definitely an added value for such a huge investment. We will definitely be referring Spencer and using his team again if we have any other issues!

Spencer and his crew are absolutely awesome! Trustworthy, honest, kind, professional, and clear communicators from the get go. Quick to respond to our inquiry, they came out the next day after we submitted our quote request. They did a fantastic job with our HVAC duct work project and were able to coordinate easily with another contractor to complete a tricky range hood project in our kitchen. They are a small business that specializes in hiring veterans - which is just super cool. For their heart, their skills and professionalism, I'd recommend Latitude.43 HVAC for any of your HVAC needs. We will definitely be contacting Spencer and his team again for any HVAC project we have in the future!

Nick and Wyatt came out for the tune-up service. They were very thorough in their work, explanation/demonstration of the systems, and recommendations. Will definitely continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

We had a great experience working with Spencer for the installation of a mini split heat pump in our three-season porch. As an expanding family on a budget, we got quotes from three local companies, and this one stood out from the start.

Spencer handled our estimate and scheduling, and he was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. Without us even mentioning it, he recognized that we’re a first responder/military family and applied a discount to our quote. That kind of gesture goes a long way.

What really set this company apart was their creative, customer-focused approach. The other two companies simply noted we’d need to spend an extra $2K–$6K on an electrician to upgrade our power for their proposed solutions. Spencer, on the other hand, offered options that would work with our EXISTING power setup, saving us a huge chunk of change and unnecessary hassle.

The installation itself went smoothly. Wyatt helped with the install and was equally great to work with; courteous, efficient, and clearly skilled.

Actually, I made the appointment for a neighbor who needed a little help. Communication was excellent friendly and efficient. Plenty of reminders for the appointment, and I appreciate the timeliness and knowing exactly when they were coming I would highly recommend. I will add. Wow - Thank you Spencer and Wyatt from Latitude 43 for an amazingly professional job on my new furnace from our first meeting to completion.  My old, ancient electric furnace was on its last legs and you were able to replace it with a highly efficient gas furnace, running and connecting new gas lines in an efficient and practical way, and did I say that I loved your pricing.  Your expertise is beyond measure and I am so glad that you foreshadowed things that would make my life easier later on.  I love that we ran the AC coil for installation in the near future which will save both time and money on that job.  I appreciate that you attended to the numerous details and could explain the why's of what you did.  Both of you worked as a team.  So  patient, understanding,  knowledgeable, efficient, proactive, respectful, personable, pleasant, honest and professional.  I appreciate that you were always on time, communicative and respectful of my house and family. I felt like you were family! Wyatt and Nick came out and installed a whole house Aprilaire 720 humidifier to our furnace. They did a quick efficient job. They walked me through how everything works and the price was right. Thank you guys

They helped us install a power line from our furnace to our thermostat in order for our Ecobee to work. Did a yearly maintenance inspection, came back at a later date with the correct filter for our furnace.

We have had them out to cap off a gas’s fireplace. They were courteous, professional, respectful of our home and answered all of our questions and Concerns we had. I would recommend them for all your HVac needs.
