We had the best experience with Dave Jones! Our technician Nick came out on the same day, he solved three separate problems we were having and was super fast, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend, we will definitely call back if we ever have any plumbing needs!

Nick the technician who came to our home was excellent. He gave us an honest opinion and recommendation. Also went above and beyond to make sure our replacement water heater was installed properly. This included work that wasn’t anticipated given the set up of our basement. Very much enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend!

Our air conditioner had to be moved further away from the electrical meters. Steve and Aaron did a fantastic job replacing the tubing and electrical connections while moving the unit to conform to local building codes. I would definitely call on Dave Jones for any of my future needs.

We had a very good experience recently involving Dave Jones Plumbing from the time we scheduled our appointment, received an estimate and then had our small plumbing project completed. Nick and George arrived at the scheduled appointment time, explained what was involved in replacing our exterior csst flex gas hose connecting to our fireplace gas insert with black iron pipe and then completing this work. We were extremely satisfied with the workmanship and the final product offered by Dave Jones Plumbing. A most positive service experience. Thanks Nick and George!

We had a very good experience with Nick. He came on time, communicated with us about the process, then efficiently went to work installing our new Kohler Toilet and Bidet. He was friendly, communicative and an excellent plumber. We would highly recommend him .

Had water backing up into our brand new house that we found late Saturday night. We called the after hours line and they had someone out to the house first thing in the morning on Sunday morning. The issue was fixed very quickly. We appreciate how quick they were able to get someone out there and get everything fixed.

We called Dave Jones to service our water softener. Cory was assigned, called us when he was available, explained the cause of the problem we were experiencing and how he was going to repair the softener. Super nice guy, friendly and courteous. Service was prompt, quick, and neat!

She is the best plumber in Madison region. She is wonderful! She fixed our faucet issue and also she made other checks for us to make sure all issues addressed. Recently, she fixed our water softener! She is the best!! Thank you so much:)

The workers were courteous and friendly. They came to perform maintenance on my geothermal unit and checked the heating and cooling functions. They mentioned the pressure was low in the loop and they needed to add fluid to raise the pressure which they did. The unit has four zones and I mentioned that I thought one of the switches was not functioning properly. When they were done they did not mention having checked the switches and I was not in the basement when they were working to observe if they did. So, not sure if they were checked. When they had left I went to the basement and noticed that they unfortunately, had left the electric heating on, when the unit should have been operating on the geothermal mode. I made the switch on the larger thermostat. So there were a couple of issues with the service.
