Worked with Latitude to service out 20+ year old AC that stopped working.They provide quotes to repair it and also additional quotes to replace it. They worked with me to provide a variety of options for a new AC from a low end up to a higher and more efficient options. During the install of the new AC, they discovered that there was a rupture in our 30+ year old furnace. Spencer immediately reached out and provided pictures along with his recommendations. They again were able to provide a variety of options to look at. While we were not originally planing on a furnace install, they were able to get it scheduled, installed, and both systems up and running within a week. The weather was fine during this time and we had no need to run the AC or furnace, as we have a separate system for the bedrooms. Had we needed to run either, I am confident they would have completed it earlier. Communication was clear and mainly by text message, which worked well for me. The team was very professional and knowledgeable and I will be using them in the future.

Latitude 43 performed a tune up on my furnace. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. There was an issue that presented itself after they had left, and this issue is why I took a star off because of the company's use of AI even if the caller mentions that it is an emergency. If I didn't have the technician's phone number then I would not have been able to get ahold of a real person when my furnace wasn't working in -1F outside temperature. Once the two technician's were back on site, they did everything in their power to get my furnace running, which they did.

Latitude.43 helped us out of a bad situation in December in which we suddenly needed to replace our 35 year old furnace which was improperly venting into our attic (as a result of removing an aging chimney during roof replacement earlier in 2025). While other companies didn't want to work with our roofing contractor or didn't have time to help us as cold, snowy, icy weather headed our way, Spencer and staff at Latitude offered us several decent replacement options and subsequently worked all day to remove the old furnace and install the new one during the same week we called. The new two-stage furnace is much more efficient, vents through the roof, and has kept us warm during recent subzero temperatures. Since installation, they came back twice demonstrating good service of their products. First they replaced a computer panel that was preventing the furnace from running in stage 1; the second time we noticed a venting error that prevented the furnace from kicking into stage 2. Both times fixed the issue promptly, and they plan to return in spring to change the bend in the vent pipe on the roof. Overall, great company to work with on a furnace replacement, highly recommend for a product you rely on. Fair prices and great service. We plan to work with them in the future if / when our central air needs replacement, as they also sell heat pumps.

Great company to work with! Needed a repair on my furance on the coldest day of the year. These guys are stand up people showed up, honest, reliable, and fair pricing.
