We have used Eden Landscaping services for 6 years now and are completely satisfied with the care and attention they pay to manicuring our lawn, edging and mulching our beds and careful winter snow removal. Never seen a more hard-working crew and they go the extra mile to satisfy their customers!

We switched to Eden Landscaping last year and our property looks the best it has looked since we purchased it five years ago. The crew is always there on a timely basis and very hard-working with attention to detail both on maintenance and plant installation. In addition, Luis and his team were there for us on short notice last year when we needed major cleanup from an unexpected storm And they did a terrific job!

My experience with Luis and the entire Eden landscaping team was a five star experience from beginning to end. I reached out to Luis telling him I wanted him to come and look at my yard and give me an estimate. He literally was at my house within an hour of when I placed that call. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, so he offered some great suggestions. He and his team delivered everything they promised, and at a very reasonable price. Many of my neighbors have already complimented me on the work that was done. I am already planning my next project with him.

We were referred to Eden Lanacaping by an acquaintance, and could not have been more pleased with the outcome of our project. Not only does our new retaining wall look beautiful, but it has dramatically improved the curb appeal of our home!
Though we struggled to find a company to take on our relatively small job, Luis, the owner responded to our calls/e-mails very timely, and continually communicated with us throughout the entirety of the project. He offered great suggestions on design, and came up with clever solutions for some of the challenges of the landscape.
The crew was very prompt each day and were extremely professional and hard-working. It is clear that they take great pride in their work, with their attention to detail! The crew always cleaned up the work area after each day and at the end of the project.
We will definitely be using Eden Landscaping again for some additional landscaping projects in the future!

Luis is fantastic to work with! Our yards has never looked better! The retaining walls look very well done and elegant. The patio flooring path really makes our lower level shine.

I can’t say enough good things about Eden Landscaping LLC! Luis and his team were incredible to work with. They built a retaining wall for me and absolutely nailed it—matched it perfectly to the existing one, graded everything beautifully, and had the whole thing done in just two days. Designed our yard to resemble a woodland area. Something blooming all the time. 20 years and we still love it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It's ironic that a landscaping company actually made my yard look worse than it was after completing the "job."

My family hired Createscape for a simple job at my home: drop off topsoil in a designated spot in the yard. The location was confirmed in email correspondence the office manager drew up. Createscape's employee failed to follow directions and dropped the topsoil in the opposite side of the front yard, creating unnecessary disturbance to an area that was just fine as it is.

Rather than take accountability for the error, the office manager initially stated there was nothing more that could be done. Eventually, she agreed to have the worker come out and move the topsoil to the appropriate spot in the yard. In doing so, the worker completely ripped up the grass. While she did state this could happen, one would think, given the extent of damage, they would do the right thing and at least place seed in the impacted area to take steps toward bringing it back to its original condition -- which, again, I must reiterate, was perfect as it was. Nope! I'm shocked at the office manager's cavalier attitude, unwillingness to take accountability and troubleshoot and demonstration of atrociously poor customer service. I'm quite surprised she's in the position she's in.

I will be in need of landscaping services in the next several years. Needless to say, I will not be contacting this company again and will be looking elsewhere. Anyone in the market for landscaping work, beware: If Createscape does not complete a job to the originally agreed upon specifications, odds are they will not correct the problem.

Owner came to quote a water feature I wanted, but later in the day called and left a message that she wasn't interested in doing it for less than $10,000.00....told me to go elsewhere

I went and looked around at their mulch selections. All of their mulch is high quality!! I picked the type for high wind areas. They delivered the next day.

Missy and team are nothing but professional! They are hard working and get the job done right. Extremely knowledgeable and creative (as the name implies). Wonderful experience!

If the employee's show the same lack of safety and concern for others in their work as they show in their driving I'll pass on their services! Employee driving from Mukwonago to Hartland 7/24/19 in the early morning hours put others in danger as they tailgated, abruptly switched lanes, unsafely passed other motorists, and sped in excess of 15mph over the speed limit. When driving a company vehicle you are a representation of the business and I would expect professionalism even when out on the road.

Called for snow removal service on a heavy snow day. I said hello and introduced myself. The response was "want to do you want? We are in the middle of a blizzard." I hung up. Not worth my time to give Createscape Landscaping Service my business.
