Mike is a great service tech. Always on time. He had the correct parts and started work immediately. He checked out his repairs and was always ready to explain the work he did. I will request him next time my furnace needs a tune-up.

I called to schedule my annual HVAC tuneup. I had the pleasure to speak with Darla, she was friendly and helpful. I am now a member with no worries for future problems. Many membership options to choose from. A+. I had Zachary do the tune up, very knowledgeable and friendly. I hope to see him again in Spring for the AC tuneup.

Our 1 year old furnace decided to stop working for us. After having 2 different hvac companies come and tell us the couldn't find the issue or couldn't do the work, we were referred to Matt and his team at Midwest Heating and Cooling. Service was well priced after having to make 2 trips to ensure our problem was corrected. They were able to discover a bird that was stuck far down in our exhaust pipe. Throughout the process Matt made us feel secure that our problem would be resolved. We definitely will be using Matt and his team for all our heating and cooling concerns moving forward.

Zach was amazing. His knowledge and experience was evident in every step of his work. As a customer, I felt confident that the repair work would be completed to the highest standard.

I was a bit bothered that we had to wait until the next day (today), but it was well worth the wait!! Mac & Noah were very professional. So kind and friendly. Max went above And beyond his scope of service, just to be kind. In this day And age it is very nice to see that quality in a person, persons. Noah was also very friendly and helpful. It was like dealing with old friends. Thank you for such outstanding service!

August 5th
Rigo installed all the equipment just fine, but I am concerned it is taking so long to cool the house down. At 5:15 today the system was turned on and set to 67 degrees, it is now 8:15 and the temp in the house is only 77, it started at 79. Please have someone contact me tomorrow.

February 19th - Service tech came out to repair issue with condensate pump and perform a PM. He was very thorough, polite, and explained all what he did. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Our Heat and Glo fireplace wouldn’t light. After troubleshooting on my own, Mike came out (on time 👍) and fixed the problem. These guys are reliable, professional, and affordable. Thanks Mike, for a great experience!

I let him in, he discussed the repair particulars with my son and left. He gave us a call in 3 hours and everything was fine. Still working fine!

Mike Golden was very punctual, professional, and efficient. He clearly explained everything and quickly identified the problem with our heating system. I would definitely recommend him.

We ordered a new furnace through Midwest, and unfortunately, there were several issues within the first month. While this was obviously disappointing, I was impressed with Midwest’s commitment to resolving the problem. Two techs, Mike and Zach, made multiple visits to the house, and I appreciated their efforts. Since Zach’s visit last weekend, we’ve had no further problems.

Zach was very professional. He was able to perform maintenance on our furnace and repair a couple items that contributed to our heat not working properly. He was also able to give us suggestions on future repairs/maintenance which was greatly appreciated.

Melissa handled my service request with a professional presentation. Got me on the schedule right away. And I have also decided to get a membership to maintain the services they offer for my house.

First time using Midwest. Very prompt courteous service. Zach was great. Fully explained all the tests he ran on my furnace and what further work was needed. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely a great company with amazing employees! Melissa was so kind and professional on the phone for scheduling.

Nathan was the technician that came out and completed the air duct cleaning service, he was nothing but professional! The service took a few hours and the photos proved as to why, we have owned the house for 6 years now and never got it cleaned until today, after seeing the photos I don’t think the previous owners cleaned them either, YIKES!

So grateful for Midwest Heating and Cooling! Will always recommend and continue to use them!

Our heat went out in the bitter cold WI weather. Mike was very thorough and did not give up until he found out exactly what the issue was. He got us the part and our heat up and running. Mike did an amazing job of keeping us informed and explaining everything that was happening.
